2、证甲方享有相关的权益。如乙方需要进行扩大或变更服务内容,应提前书面通知并经双方协商确认后执行。第二条 合同期限2.1 本合同自双方签署之日起生效,期限为_年。到期前一个月内,双方应书面协商续签事宜。2.2 如因特殊原因需要提前结束合同,则提前提出书面通知,经双方协商后可解除本合同。第三条 服务报酬3.1 甲方应按照双方协商的标准及结算周期按时支付服务报酬给乙方,如有延误,需承担相应的违约责任。3.2 乙方有权根据实际工作情况调整服务报酬标准,但调整幅度不得超过_%。第四条 服务质量保证4.1 乙方保证提供的物业服务符合国家相关法规及行业标准,并确保服务质量达到一定的水平,如有问题应及时处理解决

3、。4.2 乙方应建立健全的服务质量考核制度,定期对服务进行评估,并对表现优秀的员工给予适当奖励。第五条 违约责任5.1 任何一方未按照本合同约定履行其义务的,应当承担相应的违约责任。5.2 如因不可抗力因素导致无法履行本合同的任何一方应及时通知另一方,并协商解决办法。第六条 保密条款6.1 双方应对在履行合同过程中所获得的对方合同信息及商业秘密予以保密,并不得向第三方透露。6.2 本条款终止后,双方对以上保密内容的保密义务仍须继续执行。第七条 争议解决7.1 因履行本合同所产生的争议应当通过友好协商解决,协商不成的,可通过仲裁或诉讼方式解决。7.2 仲裁地点为_(地点),仲裁采用_(仲裁机构)

13、d in this contract shall bear corresponding liabilities for breach of contract.5.2 In case of force majeure that leads to the inability to perform this contract, the party that cannot perform the contract shall notify the other party in a timely manner and negotiate a solution.Article 6 Confidential

14、ity Clause6.1 The two parties shall keep confidential the contract information and commercial secrets obtained during the performance of the contract and shall not disclose them to a third party.6.2 After the termination of this clause, the confidentiality obligations of the two parties regarding th

15、e above confidential content shall continue to be enforced.Article 7 Dispute Resolution7.1 Disputes arising from the performance of this contract shall be resolved through friendly negotiation, and if negotiation fails, arbitration or litigation may be used to resolve the dispute.7.2 The place of ar
