Party A shall regularly inspect and maintain community facilities and equipment; 3. Party A shall promptly handle residents' complaints and suggestions; 4. Party A shall not adjust property service content and fees without authorization. 4. Fee Settlement: 1. Property fees are determined based on the community area and service content, to be paid monthly by homeowners; 2. The increase in property fees shall not exceed the change in the consumer price index. 5. Breach of Contract Liability: 1.
