So…that 的用法 1、 so + 形容词/副词 + that + 从句,如: (这个故事如此有趣以至我想再读一次。) This story is so interesting that I want to read it again. (他说得如此快以至我不能跟上他。) He spoke so quickly that I couldn't follow him. 2、 so+形容词/副词+(a/an)+单数可数名词 + that+从句, so + adj./adv.+复数可数名词/不可数名词+that+从句, 如果句中的名词是单数可数名词,其前就要用不定冠词a或an,如果是复数可数名词或者不可数名词,前面就不用冠词,如: (她是如此可爱的一个女孩,以至每个人都喜欢她。) She is so lovely a girl that everyone loves her (那些花是如此漂亮以至那个女孩想要摘下它们。) Those are so beautiful flowers that the girl wants to pick them. 注意:so+ many/few/ +可数名词复数 much/ little+不可数名词 so不能用such代替 3、such+a/an+形容词+单数可数名词+that+从句,如: (她是如此可爱的一个女孩,以至每个人都喜欢她。) She is such a lovely girl that everyone loves her. (这是一个如此有趣的故事以至我想再读一次。) It is such an interesting story that I want to read it again. (=it is so interesting a story that I want to read it again) 4、such+复数可数名词/不可数名词+that+从句,如: (他表现得如此关心以至于人们都把他当作亲戚了。) He showed such concern that people took him to be a relative. 5.从句谓语中含有情态动词may / might,can /could,should,would等,这时so that引导的是一个目的状语从句;从句前面有逗号和主句相隔,此时so that引导的是一个结果状语从句。试对比以下两个例句: 昨天早上杨成为了赶上早班车起床很早。(目的) Yesterday morning Yang Cheng got up early so that she could catch the first bus. 昨天早上杨成起床很早,因此,她赶上了早班车。(结果) Yesterday morning Yang Cheng got up early, so that she caught the first bus. 6. so, neither, nor作部分倒装 so, neither, nor作部分倒装,表示"也"、"也不" 的句子要部分倒装。       Tom can speak French. So can Jack.   If you won't go, neither will I. 典型例题  ---Do you know Jim quarreled with his brother?  ---I don't know, _____.  A. nor don't I care  B. nor do I care  C. I don't care neither  D. I don't care also 答案:B. nor为增补意思"也不关心",因此句子应倒装。A错在用 don't 再次否定, C neither 用法不对且缺乏连词。 D缺乏连词。   注意: 当so引出的句子用以对上文内容加以证实或肯定时,不可用倒装结构。意为"的确如此"。   Tom asked me to go to play football and so I did.   ---It's raining hard.   ---So it is. 7.so… that 句型中的so 位于句首时,需倒装。    So frightened was he that he did not dare to move an inch. 8.在so/such...that...结构中,so/such及其修饰部分位于句首时,主句要用部分倒装。如:     So beautiful was the girl that she won the championship in the beauty contest.那女孩那么漂亮,她在选美比赛中获得冠军。     Such an instructive speech did he make that all the listeners were moved.他发表的演说那么有教育意义,以至于所有的听众都很感动。 2
