所法學院校负责人参加了會護。这次會護首次建立起协调和指遵全国法院校的專門機構和工作機制，开創了组鐵大规模法學院校學術會的先河，成为我國法學教育發展史上的一個重要里程碑，對中國法學教育的整體發展和走向世界具有深遠意羲张文在會護阴幕式上號召：全國法學院校要團结协作，深化改革，不断創新，舆新世紀同行，舆中國高等教育同行，舆中國法學和中國法治同行，开拓中國法學教育、法學研究和法治建設的新局面！按照研究會章程（2 0 2 0 年修），研究會是由法學院校長、法學教育專家、國家教育和法治工作部門有關责人组成的徙事法學教育理興實践研究的全國性法學學术團體。作为中国法學會的團體會，研究會旨在團结全國法學和法律工作者，以中國特色社會主羲理體系为指遵，开展法教育理交流活動，推進法教育理、制度舆實践的創新展。研究會設會長、副會長、常理事、理事，理事會每5 年一届，目前已是第五届。第一、二届會長爲曾惠羲，常務副會長为張文；第三、四、五届會長為张文，常务副會長為韓大元，葉秋華、杜焕芳分任前三届和近雨届秘書長。理事徙最初2 6 0 多名發展到現在的3 3 0 多名，成为中國法學會所各分支研究會中的一个大家族。研究會所位於中國人民大學明德法學楼6 1 0 室。2007年1 年設立了中國法學教育研究成果樊。該樊設一等樊3 项、二等樊6 项、三等樊10项，面向法學教師、研究人以及教育行政、法治工作部門事法學教育研究工作者在法學教育研究领域公出版和發表的優秀作品，包括專著和文，不含教材、澤作、文集，迄今已辨了7 届（2 0 0 7 年第一届、2 0 0 9 年第二届、2 0 1 3 年第三届、2 0 1 5 年第四届、2 0 1 7 年第五届、2 0 1 9 年第六届、2 0 2 1 年第七届）。成果樊的設立，極大提高了廣大法學教師研究法學教育的热情，成为提升和展示我國法學教育研究質量水平的一个重要窗口。1.2011年改名為中國法學教育研究會。2003年2004年2008年68史海蜀HISTORICALSTORYCHINA LAW每年翠行一次的年會和學術增是研究會最为隆重的一项活動。年會通常时以法學教育的重大方针政策和法學院校中心工作为主题進行學智研讨和經交流。除2 0 0 5 年年會纳入在北京翠行的第2 2 the Ministry of Education on Law Teaching inUniversities,and the China Association for Legal Education of China LawSocietyl&Seminar on Reform and Strategy of Chinas Legal Education inthe 2lst Century was hosted by the Law School of Renmin University ofChina in the multifunctional hall of Xianjin Building,Renmin Universityof China.The Conference approved the charter of associations,leadershipstructure,and work plan of the China Association for Legal Education.The heads of 232 law schools across China offering law courses attendedthe Conference.The Conference debuted a specialized organization andmechanism to coordinate and guide national law schools,and pioneeredlarge-scale academic conferences in law schools.As a milestone in Chinaslegal education history,it held profound significance for the trend of Chinaslegal education and its internationalization.At the closing ceremony of the Conference,Zhang Wenxian called onlaw schools across the country to enhance solidarity,deepen reform,pursuecontinuous innovations,and keep pace with the new century,Chinas highereducation,Chinese jurisprudence and the rule of law,and blaze a trail inChinese law education,research,and development on the rule of law.According to the charter of associations(revised in 2020),theAssociation is a national academic group engaged in theoretical and practicalresearch on legal education,composed of law school deans/presidents,legaleducation experts,and leading officials of national authorities on educationand the rule of law.As a group member of the China Law Society,theAssociation aims to unite jurists and legal workers across the country to,guided by the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics,carry out theoretical exchanges in legal education,and innovate legaleducation theories,systems,and practices.The Association sets up positionsof president,vice president,executive directors,and council members.Each term of office of the council is 5 years and the incumbent term is thefifth one.In the first and second terms,the President was Zeng Xianyi,andthe Executive Vice President Zhang Wenxian.In the third,fourth,and
