Whereas Party A is qualified to conduct asset evaluations, and Party B requires an evaluation of its assets, the parties, based on the principles of voluntariness, equality, honesty, and trustworthiness, hereby enter into the following contract regarding the asset evaluation business:
I. Evaluation Object and Scope
1. Evaluation Object: Party B's assets including but not limited to real estate, land, equipment, intellectual property rights, etc.

II. Evaluation Fees
