第四条 违约责任
4.1 若一方未履行合同义务，应赔偿对方因此遭受的直接经济损失。
4.2 若甲方未按时支付费用，乙方有权中止节目制作，并要求支付违约金。
第五条 合同期限
5.1 本合同自双方签署之日起生效，至电视节目最后一集播出后终止。
5.2 若双方需变更或解除合同，应提前30天书面通知对方。
以上为双方共同遵守的电视节目制作合同，自双方签署时即生效。

Whereas Party A and Party B have reached an agreement on the production of television programs, a contract is hereby signed to jointly abide by the following terms:
Article 1 Project Content
1.1 Party A entrusts Party B to be responsible for producing television programs, including program planning, filming, editing, and all other processes.
1.2 The program content includes but is not limited to the program theme, format, duration, etc., which shall be agreed upon by both parties.
1.3 The program will be broadcast on the channel and time slot designated by Party A, and Party B shall ensure the quality and effectiveness of the program.
Article 2 Fees and Settlement
2.1 The fee for the production of the program by Party B is (specific amount), and the payment method is (one-time payment/installment payment).
2.2 Party A shall pay 30% of the fee as a deposit before the start of program production, with the remaining fee to be paid upon completion of the program.

Article 4 Breach of Contract Liability

4.2 If Party A fails to pay the fee on time, Party B has the right to suspend program production and demand payment of liquidated damages.
Article 5 Contract Period
5.1 This contract shall come into effect from the date of signature by both parties and shall terminate upon the broadcast of the last episode of the television program.
5.2 If either party needs to amend or terminate the contract, a written notice of 30 days in advance shall be given to the other party.

Whereas Party A owns the copyright of the television drama "（Title）", and Party B is willing to purchase the rights to this television drama, both parties hereby sign this agreement and agree to abide by the following terms:
Article 1 Transfer Content
1.1 Party A shall transfer all the rights of the television drama "（Title）" to Party B free of charge, granting Party B full rights to the television drama within the legal scope.
1.2 Party B has the right to commercially exploit the television drama through redevelopment, reproduction, distribution, as well as adaptation and remake.
Article 2 Duration of Use
2.1 The duration of use of the transferred television drama copyright in this agreement is （specific period）, effective from the date of the signing of this contract.
2.2 If Party B fails to make commercial use of the television drama before the expiration of the duration of use, Party A has the right to terminate this contract and reclaim the television drama copyright.

5.1 This contract shall terminate upon the expiration of the effective period or completion of the agreed matters, unless both parties decide to renew or terminate the contract by mutual agreement.
