第五条　违约责任
5.1 任何一方违反本协议约定，应承担违约责任，并赔偿对方因此造成的一切损失。
5.2 若因不可抗力等原因造成合同无法履行，应及时通知对方并协商解决方案。
第六条　其他约定

Article 4 Vehicle Use Regulations
4.1 The lessee shall properly keep and maintain the rented vehicle, and shall not modify or sell the vehicle without authorization.
4.2 The lessee shall timely pay for the vehicle usage, maintenance, and repair costs as required, and ensure the safety of the vehicle.
4.3 During the lease period, the lessee shall be responsible for the daily maintenance of the vehicle, regular inspections, and timely annual inspections.
Article 5 Breach of Contract Liability
5.1 If either party violates the provisions of this agreement, they shall bear the liability for breach of contract and compensate the other party for any losses incurred.
5.2 In case the contract cannot be fulfilled due to force majeure or other reasons, the parties shall notify each other promptly and discuss solutions.
Article 6 Other Agreements

Article 5 Breach of Contract Liability
5.1 If either party fails to fulfill the obligations specified in this contract, resulting in losses, the party shall bear the liability for breach of contract.
5.2 Except for force majeure, if either party fails to fulfill the obligations as agreed in the contract and causes losses to the other party, compensation liability shall be assumed.
Article 6 Other Agreements
6.1 This contract is made in duplicate and shall take effect from the date of signature and seal by both parties.
6.2 Upon expiration of the contract, if both parties wish to renew, they shall negotiate and sign a new contract one month in advance.
