第一章： preliminary provisions
1.1 definition and interpretation
1.1.1 The terms used in this Contract shall be interpreted as follows:
"Lessor" refers to the party that owns the leased property and has the right to lease it.
"Lessee" refers to the party that rents the leased property under this Contract.
"Leased property" refers to the factory building and its附属 facilities and contents described in Article 2.1 of this Contract.
"Lease term" refers to the period of time during which the Lessee has the right to use the leased property, as stipulated in Article 2.2 of this Contract.
"Rental payment" refers to the amount of money paid the Lessee to the Lessor for the use of the leased property, as stipulated in Article 3 of this Contract.
1.2 application and conclusion of this contract

第九章：transfer of lease
9.1 lessee's right to transfer lease

9.2.1 The Lessor may consent to the transfer of the lease rights if the proposed transferee meets the Lessor's requirements and is deemed suitable the Lessor.

13.3.1 If any provision of this Contract is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this Contract shall remain in full force and effect.
