TradeLaneManager岗位职责职位要求
职责描述:
Job details:1.Business Development: KPI: 50 % a. Develop meet the trade lane budgets: b. Map profile customers in Trade lane c.Identify Top 25 customers in the lanes based on their business potential d.Prioritize customers on terms of immediate/medium/long term focus e.Map developments with each customer and device action plan f.Ensure due attention to new opportunity/lead from local or overseas offices2. Commercial Planning: KPI: 30% a. Develop Trade Lane Strategy: Carrier procurement and Core carrier Strategy to be initiated/implemented/executed/completed within 6 months , TL Sales Campaigns, Selling Selective POD's strategy etc b. Monthly updates of customers on UTi internal customer data management system c. To ensure RFQ's/RFP's are received and attended on time and support RFQ teams for successful closures d. to be available at all times for support on any issues pertaining to the trade lane3. Network Development :KPI: 20 % a. Country visits should be planned well in advance: 2/QTR for sales calls/other internal discussions b. Prepare and update organization charts/contact windows for each department (Sales,Customer Service, Operations etc) on both sides c. Active participation with the product teams( origin destination) to understand, discuss and develop solutions to facilitate target growth on the trade lanes d. Create business case note for every win and send along with SOP to the respective regions product/dept managers e .Weekly/Monthly conference calls with both origin destination sales teams/regions should be held on the pre-agreed dates, minutes of the same to be circulated to all participants with action plan and defines time lines Job Requisition 1. Over 7 years Sales experience in Logistic / Freight Forwarding 2. Excellent English in both Written and Oral 3. Aggressive and Full of passion 4. College degree or above
