钢管内壁防腐施工技术方案
Anti—corrosion technique plan of the pipe’ s inner wall
1 .施工工艺。onstruction technology
喷砂除一^►检验—底漆—检马L面漆—检验—喷涂标志一►出厂

2。喷砂除锈 blast cleaning
2。1管道内表面高压喷砂除锈达到AWWAC210-97规定要求,表面粗糙度达到40—70^;
The pipe's inner face should reach the AWWAC210 — 97requirements after high pressure blast cleaning, and theroughness of surface should reach 40—70um。
2。2除锈后涂装前的管道表面应用高压空气吹除干净,保证管道表面无锈、无尘或其它表面附着物,确保漆膜和钢管表面的附着力.
After basting cleaning, the surface of pipes should be cleanedwith high pressure air before coating to ensure the surface norust, dust and others so as to keep the adhesion of paint filmand the surface of pipes.
2.3除锈后合格的管道,在4小时内尽快涂装,以防止二次生锈.
The qualified pipes after blast cleaning should be coatedwithin 4 hours as soon as possible to prevent the second rust.
3。钢管内壁喷涂 i nner wall spray coating of pipes
3.1当空气中的相对湿度大于85%、钢管表面温度低与在大气露点以上3°C时,或高与60° C时禁止施工作业。室外作业,当风速大于3m/S,禁止施工。
Operation should be forbidden when the relative humidity in airis more than 85% and the surface temperature is less than 3 °Cabove dew point or higher than 60°C.The field operation shouldbe forbidden when the wind velocity is more than 3m/s.
3.2内壁防腐选用的是双组分环氧玻璃磷片防腐蚀涂料,配制比例熟化时间应严格按照涂料使用说明书中的规定。
The material adopted for inner wall anticorrosion is twocomponents epoxy anticorrosion paint, and the confectproportion should conform to the stipulation in the paintinstruction strictly.
3。3按照设计要求,采用自动高压无气喷涂施工,确保涂装质量,喷涂时,喷嘴轴线与管体角度保持80°— 90°,枪距离管体表面约5-6mm,喷枪移动速度应均匀,保证涂层平整,光滑、均匀、饱满。焊缝两侧150mm范围内,在喷涂时不涂底漆。
According to the design requirement, automatic high pressureairless spraying should be adopted so as to ensure the coatingquality. While painting, the nozzle-axis should be keep 80°-90° with tube。 The distance between muzzle and tube shouldbe 5—6mm; the spraying pistol moving velocity should beuniform to keep the coating smooth, neat , uniform , satiation.Primer should not be coated when spraying within 150mm at thesides of welding seam。
4。成品管养护 production tube curing
完成涂装的成品管,在养期内避免暴晒和雨淋,养护时间一般环境温度在10°C以下时养护6-10天,20°C-30°C时养护5-7天,30°C以上时养护3—5天.
The production tube that has painted should preventinsolation and drench during the maintenance period whichshould be 6—10 days under 10°C,5-7 days under 20°C—30°C,3—5 days when the temperature is higher than 30°C。
5。喷涂合格标志、编号、出厂。Qualified mark, No., and delivery
6。由于运输安装或其它原因造成的涂层损坏应及时修补。Thecoating damage because of transportation, installation andothers should be repaired timely。
7 .质量检验 quality inspection

应该按照 AWWA C210—97 〔5.2。3〕的要求进行刀削测试。只要刀削掉的材料最大长度不超过3.2毫米时,测试就合格.
Slicing test should be done as AWWAC210-97〔5。2。3〕 .If only thematerial length sliced is notexceed 3.2mm, the test can beregarded as qualified.

A.喷涂环氧树脂涂料Spraying epoxycoating

应该采用连续喷涂的方法来喷涂环氧树脂涂料,并且平均干燥厚度必须等于或大于业主要求后度〔单位:密耳〕。喷涂时钢管的温度必须在露点以上3摄氏度。Adopt continuous spraying topaint epoxy coating and theaverage dry thickness must notbe less than the requiredthickness. 〔Unit : mil 〕 thepipe temperature whilespraying must be 3 °C above dewpoint.

内壁涂层检查

成品涂层表面必须均匀,没有下陷、重叠或者气泡.钢管两头必须留出10厘米的未涂区.

J.缺陷检测1%钢管

待涂层固化以后,要利用缺陷检测器在涂料技术规范中规定的电压下对钢管进行检测。
