本协议中的所有术语，除非另有说明，否则其定义与双方于______年____月日签订的《******合同》(下称“原协议”)中的定义相同 。
All the definitions in this agreement unless otherwise specified, will have the same meaning as the Sales Contract signed by both Party A and Party B on the date of (hereinafter called “ original Contract”).

Miscellaneous Provision: this agreement shall be an indivisible part of **** Contract right after it comes into effect, and shall have the same legal validity as **** Contract.

除本协议中明确所作修改的条款之外，原协议的其余部分应完全继续有效。
All the other parts and provisions in the original Contract shall remai fully validity except the clauses mended clearly in this agreement.
