一眨眼，自从我成为XXX班的助班已经快有一年的时间了，在这个看似不是很长的时间里面，发生了很多的事情，我们的感情也在工作和平时的交流中得到了进一步的升华。我不敢说，我能够给他们新的大学生活点缀了多少，但是，作为一个助班，我尽一切努力去做我应该做的事情。下面是我对这一年来的助班工作的一个小小总结。 竞选成为助班后
我主动了解一些学校、学院规章制度，学生奖助学金、学费缴纳、转专业等方面的情况以及学校附近的商场、银行、公交站点等。最重要的是计划好新生入学第一个月的活动安排。我坚信，周密的计划加上务实的行动，才是有所作为的保证。
两年的大学生活，接触过很多老师、各学院同级的同学、学长学姐、研究生等，我了解XXX总体的状况，了解各学院的异同，也了解在XXX的生活。两年充实的生活，我走过许多地方，做过许多事，也拥有许多体会，知道学校各部门的地址与职能，知道做一些事情的方法与要点。因此暑假两个月在学院的新生QQ群里，我和大一新生们知无不言言无不尽，她们想知道的，只要我知道的我都事无巨细地告诉她们，给她们的大学生活作一个引导。虽然没有见过面，却也增进了不少感情。除了给大一新生发短信慰问外，手机也24小时随时为她们开放。
新生入学后
新生开学后，最重要的就是接待新生了，接人、搬行李、找宿舍，虽然那段时间黑了不少，但是其实的幸福滋味也是旁人不能体会的。除了接待新生并讲解一些事实，我需要做的是尽快地了解这届新生的基本情况。拿着XXX班的名单，记住名字，晚上一个个去走访对应上人的样貌，很兴奋现在只要她们在我面前我都能认出来并一一喊出名字。
这段时间做得更多的事情是陪同新生参加各项始业教育活动，听各种讲座，传达学校学院的通知，发放各种材料，解决新生出现的一些问题。并选择了一个合适的时间段召开班会，除了和她们交流感情、解答疑惑，也在自我介绍的同时选出了班委，负责班级的一些事情，如协助老师、助班带领班级同学参考一些活动，收集她们的档案、照片、团员资料等等。
这几天是助班生涯中最辛苦的、最充实的、也是最快乐的日子。
军训期间
军训的确是种考验。各地新生来校还没适应浙师大的生活环境、风土习俗，就投入到炎炎夏日中，我们也陪着投入到热烈的军训中。
从早上7点看着他们集训，到站在军训场看着他们操练，照顾那些在烈日下身体吃不消的大一新生；虽然为此逃过课，失去睡懒觉的机会，看着她们重复地训练也会偶感无聊，但是看着她们在训练时的认真，在休息时的嬉戏打闹，自己也会觉得很青春，很有活力。喜欢和她们一起享受清晨微温的阳光和新鲜的空气，喜欢和她们一起享受雨水的酣畅淋漓，也喜欢和她们一起享受烈日下的凉风。
正式上课期间
大一的学习任务也不轻，全校公共课、专业基础课都得学，还要根据个人需要参加学生活动。像学生组织选择、体育选课、全校公选课，只要有必要，我都会把我所知道的毫无保留告诉她们，给她们一些参考，希望她们少走一些弯路。
指导她们选课、填写学生档案表，走访寝室，我的忙碌生活也渐渐落下帷幕，她们已经逐步学会怎么在这个大学里生活。参加她们的秋游、聚餐，观看她们的活动、比赛，我们的感情也在这些接触中慢慢升温。
大学和高中的期末考试是有很大不同的，因此我和班委们一起组织了以“期末考试”为主题的班会，邀请了一些成绩优异的学姐学长给她们讲解大学的考试心得、心态和准备活动，希望她们能够考出好成绩，期末复习也有个对策，不会无从下手。
对于下半学期的课题申报等科研活动，我也毫无保留地给她们指导意见和参考，对于她们，只要有需要，我就在她们身边。
新生入学会有一段时间的适应期，在这段时间里面，我有幸的成为了她们值得信赖的人。对于她们来说，大学的一切都是新的，校园是新的，教学是新的，就连她们一直以为梦想中的那种大学环境也是新的。她们开始面对各种各样的选择，比如说是不是要体验学生工作，学校里面有大大小小的社团，比如说是不是应该规划自己大学四年里，应该怎样去学习。这些困惑，我认为是对我们大家的一种考验，作为助班，我知道，我只能告诉她们我自己的想法，具体的选择，就要她们自己慢慢学会去成长。
