Party A shall inform Party B and explain the detailed reason within 5 work days in case Party A fails to pay the salary due to special reasons.3.3 乙方在协议期内享受中国法律要求节日, 公休假日Party B is entitled with all legal holidays in accordance with the states regulations.3.4 甲方为乙方提供协议时间段内住宿Party A shall provide accommodation for Party B during the period of contract.3.5 甲方为乙方报销来华工作产生往返机票费Party A shall provide Flight Tickets for Party B to China四、 雇佣协议解除和终止 Contract Cancellation and Termination4.1 协议期满双方不再续签或者双方约定协议终止条件出现时, 雇佣协议即终止。This contract shall be terminated once it expires and both parties do not extend the contract.4.2 经协议双方当事人协商一致, 本协议能够解除。The contract may be canceled based on both parties mutual negotiation.4.3 乙方应遵守中国政府法律、 法规及相关要求, 乙方如违反上述要求, 甲方有权即时解除协议; 乙方因健康原因, 经医生证实连续病休15工作以后仍不能继续工作, 甲方有权提前终止协议。Party B should abide by China laws, decrees and related regulations and Party As working systems. During the duration, Party A is entitled to cancel the contract in case Party B violates China laws and decrees, and terminate the contract before expiration in case Party B cannot resume his or her work for health reasons after the medical certification of continuous sick rest for 15 working days.4.4 乙方因归国或其她私人原因未正常出勤且超出五天且未向甲方做出书面说明, 本协议自动终止。The contract will automatically terminate in case Party B is absent for over 5 days without written explanation due to homecoming or other private reasons. 4.5 乙方被证实无法完成本协议项下工作任务, 甲方有权随时解除本协议。 In case Party B is proved to be not competent for the work under the contract, Party A is entitled to cancel the contract at any time.4.6 乙方应严格遵守甲方工作要求以及规章制度, 尽职尽责, 不然, 甲方有权随时解除协议并追究所以而造成经济损失, 并有权对所造成经济损失在乙方酬劳中作对应扣除。Party B should abide by Party As working systems, rules and regulations. Otherwise, Party A is entitled to cancel the contract and claim a corresponding compensation of any economic loss from Party Bs payment.4.7 乙方有权提前10 日以书面形式通知甲方解除本协议。Party B should inform Party A in written form 10 days in advance for canceling the contract.五、 尤其约定 special compact5.1 因为乙方为兼职人员, 故甲方不需为乙方缴纳社会保险。Party B is part-time Job, no need to pay social insurance for.5.2 乙方因病或非因工负伤医疗费用自行处理, 医疗期内甲方不支付酬劳。Party B get sick or get wounded not in the line of duty, second party should pay himself.5.3 双方解除、 终止本协议, 甲方无需支付乙方任何经济赔偿。If compact was determined by two parties, party A does not have to pay second party compensation.六、 其她事项 Others6.1 其她未尽事宜, 双方可参考甲方企业内部相关规章制度实施。Other items not stipulated by the two parties can be implemented according to the internal rules and regulations of Party A.6.2 甲乙双方均应遵守本协议之约定, 任何一方违约, 非违约方都有权要求违约方负担对应损失。The two parties should abide by the contract.
