一、 Inspection for Running Unit
除湿系统的单机运行检查:
1. Connecting main power to the unit, operating the switch to the “1”position and ensure that the power connected indicator should illuminate.
给机组送电并将主电源隔离开关置于1位置,此时机组的电源指示灯应该亮起。
2. Operating the run/stop switch to the “MAN” position and checking that following indicators are on:
将机组的状态开关置于MAN位置,除湿机操作面板上应亮起以下指示灯:
# Power connected indicator
# 电源连接指示灯。
# Unit running indicator
# 机组运行指示灯。
# Both reactivation heater indicator
# 再生加热器工作指示灯
# Process and reactivation air fan indicator
# 处理空气风机和再生空气风机的运行指示灯。
# Drive motor indicator
#驱动马达运行指示灯。
3. After the unit is running, the reactivation heater should work, and the panel of unit can show that the reactivation temperature is rising.
机组运行后,确认加热器运行,除湿机操作面板显示加热空气温升。
4. When the run/stop switch are the “o” position, the unit has been shut off, and the reactivation fan will continue to run, until the temperature has fallen below 50C 0, then the unit stop automatically.
将状态开关置于0位置,除湿机关机,再生风机应继续运行,一直到再生空气温度降
至50℃以下,自动停止.
二、Airflow Adjustment in System
除湿系统风量调节:

除湿系统的风量调节:
1. Start the dehumidifier and supply fan.
启动除湿机和送风机.
2. Testing the reactivation airflow on site from the pre-made test-holes on the duct.
Adjust the reactivation airflow to rated value by adjusting the damper. Locking and
Marking the damper while the airflow is ok.
使用现场测试仪器检测再生风量(风管上应有预留的测试孔),通过调节再生空气阀门,
使再生风达到额定要求;风量正确后,将阀门锁定于该位置,并标注。
3. Testing the outlet airflow of the supply fan adjusting it to the rated value or a little bigger.
在送风风机出口风管上检测风量,调节风机出口风阀,达到送风量要求(可偏大些).
4. Testing the process airflow of the dehumidified of the outlet, and adjust it to rated value by the outlet damper.
检查除湿机处理风出口风量,并调节该出口的风阀来满足额定风量要求。
三、Performance Parameters and Commissioning
运行参数和除湿性能测试:
Performance parameters
设备的运行参数
1. After the airflow has been adjusted to match the design requirements, measure and record the performance parameters, especially the performance current of the parts, including the reactivation heater, reactivation fan motor, supply fan motor, and rotor drive motor. Determine if these parts work well compared with the designed specification.
系统风量调节正确后,对照设备技术资料,检查并记录各系统设备、部件的运行参数,
判断部件运行是否正常;包括:除湿机处理风机和再生风机的马达电流、送风机的马
达电流、再生加热器的工作电流、转轮驱动马达电流。
2. The dehumidifier can be operated properly if the performance parameters correspond to the designed specification.
在各种运行参数符合技术要求的情况下,可以使设备正常地运行.

Commissioning
除湿性能测试
1. Measure and record the humidity of the process air and dry air. Determine if the dehumidifying performance is proper compared the above humidity with the dehumidifying performance curve.(see attached capacity diagrams)
使用现场仪器检测除湿机处理风进口和出口(干空气)的空气含湿量,对照设备提供
的除湿转轮性能曲线(见附图),确定除湿性能是否正常。
3. Record the measurement results in the commissioning report.
将各状态点的检测结果记录在调试报告中。
Auto-control
自动控制
1. Operate the run/stop switch the “auto” position, and start the remote control of dehumidification system, for which, the supply fan and the dehumidifier works, and the running state will display on the main control panel of the dehumidification system.
将除湿机切换到AUTO运行状态,启动除湿系统的远程控制;此时除湿机和主送风机
应运行,除湿系统配置的主控制箱上应显示相应的运行状态。

1. Changing the setting of humidity controller to let the control point higher or lower than the actual measured ambient humidity, checking the reactivation heater of dehumidifier to see if it can works according to control requirement. Recover the designed control setting after finishing the above mentioned. (Setting value is 45%)
修改湿度控制器的湿度设定点,使湿度控制点高于或低于实际测得的环境湿度,恢复设定值。
2. Making sure all the control condition reach the design requirement and record the final
Testing data in commissioning-report, the commissioning is finished.
确保所有控制条件达到设计的要求,将各种最终的测试数据结果记录在调试报告中, 完
成所有调试工作。
