一、搭设方案
Installation method
1. 概况
根据设计图纸AB偏跨内E-House下设置了2000多米电缆桥架及敷设大量的电缆，工作面相当大，工作时间持续长，而电缆桥架安装在10米的高空上，为了保障工作人员操作的安全性及不影响地面设备安装的空间，采取了以下方案搭设脚手架。
1. Brief
As per the design drawing, more than 2000 m cable trays and huge quantity cables shall be installed for E-house of AB side building. Beside part of the trays shall be install in 10m high place; for ensure safety of installation personnel and reduce the influence of installation of equipment on ground, the method of scaffold installation shall be adopt as mentioned below:

3.1 技术准备 technical preparation
3.1.1 根据设计图纸及现场资料，进行图纸及资料自审和会审工作。
Self check and cross check of drawing
3.1.2 图纸及资料自审、会审后，组织施工班组熟悉施工过程及有关技术要求，结合现场实际情况集中进行一次全面技术交底。
After self check and cross check, organize the construction team to get familiar with the construction process and the relevant technical requirements, and to give a technical disclosure combined with the actual situation.

3.2 施工部署 Personnel and responsibilities
3.2.1 主要施工设备、机具准备 Equipment and tools preparation
设备进场投入使用前进行全面检修，使设备处于完好状态。
Carry out a overall inspection and maintenance to make sure all the equipment in working condition before putting in use.

4. 脚手架的搭设
Scaffolding installation
4.1 脚手架材料检查
Inspection of materials of scaffolding
对到场的脚手架及配件进行检查，外观检查应无损坏及变形。

4.2 搭设流程
Installation Process
4.2.1 场地安全措施的安装
Installation of safety facilities
设置安全警示标志，设立安全网。

4.2.2 搭设作业
Installation work
根据现场位置，利用多台（至少两台）升降机上升至搭设高度将有卡板的脚手架卡在E-House下的PG600工字钢上，以此为支点进行搭设，骨架搭设完成后继续搭设脚手板，完成搭设。
As per the site situation, use at least two elevators to mount scaffold with plate to PG600 I steel under E-HOUSE, then use it as the point to install the frame. After finish the frame installation, amount the plate.
4.2.3 完成搭设，场地清理
House keeping
搭设完成后，多余的材料及废料及时清理出场，安全警告标示不撤除。
Clean the area after installation, but remain the safety warming sign.

1、脚手架搭设、拆除作业站脚处搭设操作平台（预防人员坠落）Platform should be erected when remove scaffold to avoid people dropping.
2、搭设、拆除作业遵守拆除作业工序（预防高空坠物）erected and removed work should according to the descending orders (To avoid dropping from high place)
3、遵循脚手架搭设、拆除作业工序要求，严禁违反操作作业 erected and removed for scaffold shall refer to the specification, illegal work is never qualified
4、每步搭设、拆除时要及时对材料进行清理，扣件尽量采取麻袋装取运输 The materials should be cleaning after the remove work finished; Fastener should be packaged by sacking, pay more attention to the housekeeping is important.
5、禁止同一个垂直面上搭设、拆除作业 erected and removed work at the same vertical is forbidden
6、脚手架操作期间，下面有人作业须有足够的防护 underside worker shall have more enough personal PPE during the scaffold works.
7、操作人员不得抛掷工器具与材料 Throwing the tools and materials is not allowed

1、拆除作业时，边拆除边清理 Removed work should be with removing and cleaning
2、搭设、拆除作业时，注意扣件、钢管等材料的堆码 Pay more attention to the piled fastener and conduit during the erected and removed work
3、扣件采用箱装较好，钢管采用堆放在支撑架上较好（规格：1.5米*1.5米或1.5米*2.0米）fastener should saved in the box, steel conduit shall piled in the frame (specification: 1.5m or 1.5m*2.0m)
物体打击与坠落 materials dropping and beating

1、作业人员佩戴好自己的PPE，特别是安全帽（预防头部撞伤），须系安全帽带 Operator shall wear personal PPE, especially the helmet with safety belt.
2、遵循搭设、拆除作业循序，严禁自下往上抛投材料，严禁同一垂直面同时搭设拆除 erected and removed work shall refer to the descending orders, throwing materials or tools from bottom to the up is forbidden, work at the same vertical is not allowed

1、搭设拆除作业前，要预先做好脚手架搭设拆除作业许可证的申请 work permit shall prepared before remove the scaffold.
2、由有资质的脚手架工进行搭设和拆除 erected and removed work shall work by the qualified people
3、脚手架搭设拆除作业人员在进行作业前要预先检查自己的安全防护用品完好，特别是安全带 Operator shall wear personal PPE, especially the safety belt.
4、安全带采取高挂低用的方式，同时必须要有一个牢靠的锚固点，可以是钢管，也可以是生命绳 safety belt shall have an anchor fixed point\ by both of steel conduit and safety rope.
5、脚手架作业时严禁打闹戏骂 joking and making fun of someone during the scaffold work is not allowed
6、划定维护区域，并进行维护与隔离 maintenance area should be arranged with insulated functions
7、有心脏病、高血压的人员不得进行脚手架作业 heart disease and high blood pressure couldn’t implement to the scaffold work.
8、组织相关的技能培训和教育，严禁违章指挥 Relevant training skill and education should be have, illegal direct is not allowed
9、临边操作人员必须系挂全束身安全带 aside staff must wear safety belt

13、脚手架作业人员必须佩戴工具袋，大工具袋系保险绳，严禁抛掷物件 scaffold worker should be wear tool bag, large tool bag should tied by safety rope, throwing tools is forbidden
14、脚手架作业时严禁随意攀爬 climbing in the scaffold random is not allowed
15、脚手架作业时，作业人员严禁坐在平台孔洞边缘、骑坐在栏杆上、躺在走道上休息 lie on the ground, side on the railing, sit down beside the hole in the platform is not allowed during scaffold work.
16、使用合格的登高工具-----斜道、楼梯等 ladder for the slope and stairs should be qualified

1、在夜间、光线不足的地方加强照明 Add more lighting strengthen to the low power area

4、作业周围孔洞、沟道装设盖板或围栏 hole and trench should have protective cover or fence
5、成品仓（粉矿仓）在高空作业时周围布设安全网 high place working around in the ore bin shall have protective net in final products or ore bin.
6、六级及以上大风或恶劣气候停止露天高空作业 above lever 6 wind shall not working in the high place
7、凌冻天气进行脚手架作业要注意采取防滑措施 attention to the slip down in frozen day when do the scaffold work
8、上下交叉作业中间搭设隔离层 cross work between up and down shall have insulated coat

9、平台、走道、脚手架上堆放物件不超过允许载荷 piled materials over-loading in the platform, walking access and scaffold is not allowed
10、切割的工件、边角余料等应放置在牢靠的地方或用铁丝扣牢并有防止坠落的措施或废料及时清理放到地面 cutting components and excessive material should be fixed by iron wire or another, ground should cleaning it.
11、点焊的物件不得移动 spot welding components shall not remove
12、交叉施工的隔离层严禁随意拆除 Insulated coat for cross work shall not random remove

2、立杆搭设循序：平整地面----铺设跳板-----摆放底座-----竖立杆 leveling ground---springboard laying---- foundation laying----erect standing bar

1、材料不合要求 unqualified materials

1、脚手板应满铺，不得有空隙和探头板 plate should be fully paving, inter space and excessive plate shall not have
2、脚手板未满铺 non fully paving

2、板与板搭接长度不得小于20CM The plate distance shall not less than 20cm
3、脚手板未绑扎或压条 non fixed or bundling

3、脚手板上翻时，应由两人从里向外按顺序进行，工作时挂好安全带 wear safety belt when rolling the scaffold board with according to the descending orders.
脚手架搭设 scaffold erection

1、脚手架的外侧、斜道和平台应设1.0高的防护栏杆（从脚手板上量起）和20CM高的挡脚板，中间防护栏杆高度45CM-50CM（从脚手板上量起），搭设脚手架时，作业人员要挂好安全带 exterior scaffold, ramp and platform should have protective fence which 1.0m high and protective foot plate which 20cm high, middle protective fence which high is 45cm~50cm, scaffold worker shall wear PPE.
2、斜坡道、跳板的坡度不得大于1：3，宽度不得小于1.2M，并钉有防护条，防滑条的间距不得大于30CM
The slope degree of ramp and springboard hall not over 1:3, wide shall not less than 1.2m with studding protective tape, the distance of non-slip strip shall not more than 30cm

1、脚手架拆除时应自上而下按顺序进行，严禁上下同时作业或将脚手架整体推到 scaffold remove shall according to the descending orders from up to bottom,
2、拆除作业区周围应设防护围栏或警告标志，并有专人监护，严禁无关人员入内 removing site shall have warning sign and protective fence which with specified monitoring and authorized person only.
3、任何物品一律不得抛掷 throwing stuff is not allowed
材料堆放 work against regulations

1、拆除的脚手架管应堆放到指定区域，堆码整齐 keep the good housekeep and materials shall be piled in the pointed area.
2、保证施工通道的完好 keep the housekeeping of the construction access

1. 总要求
1. General requirements
作业前根据注意特点编制施工方案，并对参加作业的人员进行方案和安全技术交底。作业周边应设置警戒区域，设置明显的警示标志，并设立安全监护人员。在搭设作业前，需要NFC与KBPV人员共同启动会议。
2. 高空作业要求
严格遵守高空作业的相关工作条例，防止高空坠落和高空坠物伤人！

3. 相关注意事项
进入作业区域必须佩带相关安全防护用品，不得违反施工规范、安全技术规程和本方案进行施工。
