Do you want to show yourselves in School Talent Show? Task: Let’s show ourselves 1 Explicit objectives 1. Ss can listen, speak, read and write the words and phrases. 2. Ss can ask and answer the questions about the abilities. 3. Ss can do a survey. 4. Ss can show their abilities, including their names, ages, appearance, characters and abilities. T: If you want to show yourselves, you should tell us something about you and what can you do. 1 Presentation Lead in and Review T: First, let’s see our friend, Mike and his classmates, what can they do? 1 Presentation Present the text: 1. Video shows the text T: What can Mike do? Ss: He can draw cartoons. T: What can you do? Ss: I can draw cartoons. What can you do? T: I can draw cartoons and I can draw pictures, too.
