1. Review
Do you remember what Michael and Kangkang will do for the food festival?
2. Lead- in（新课导入）
Listen to the tape for Part 2 about Kangkang’s chatting with Craig.
3. Presentation（知识呈现）
(1) New words（生词）：western, Greek, Indian, curry, fried, sushi, Italian,
African, Russian, address.
(2) Listen to 1a and complete the passage in 1b（听课文对话，完成填空）
(3) language points（语言重点）
① have a sweet tooth = like eating sweet food 喜欢吃甜食
② What’s more 而且; 还有
E.g. She is a beautiful girl, what’s more, she is a famous movie star.
③ adj./ adv. + enough e.g. I’m strong enough to life the box.
enough + n. e.g. There is enough room for another bike.
④ never mind = it doesn’t matter 没关系
多用于表示安慰或表示并不重要
4. Practice（拓展创新）
(1) Practice the conversation in 1a. 练习1a部分的对话。
(2) Look at the foods in 1c and match them with the place they are from.
(3) Pair work: make similar conversation after the example in 1c. 组织对话。
(4) Show your conversation. 对话展示。
