On Object Complement
Teaching aims:
Knowledge aims:
1. Get the students to understand the Object Complement;
2. Get the students to apply the Object Complement to writing.

1. Help students analyze the sentence structure with Object Complement;

Teaching procedures:
一、定义:
宾语补足语通常紧跟在宾语之后,对宾语进行补充说明。
二、句子结构是:
The teacher encouraged me to try again.
主 + 谓 + 宾+宾补
He was asleep, with the window open。
With + 宾 + 宾补(with的复合结构)
三、什么成分能充当宾补?

n. / adj. /adv. / 介词短语 / v.原型(不带to的不定式) /v- ing/ v-ed / to do(带to的不定式)

四、宾语补足语的用法
Part 1感观动词(sense verbs)
see, notice, hear, do 表示看到全过程
listen to, watch, +sb./sth.+ doing 表示动作正在进行
feel, observe等 done 表示动作已经被完成
a rabbit ____(run) into a tree, and it died at once.
We saw the couple _______ together.
the man _____ (take) to the hospital.
I heard her_____ (sing) a song just now.
She was heard ______ (sing) a song just now.
注意:在被动结构中,不定式符号to 须还原: be heard to do
