1. Say a chant and do actions.

Step 2. Learn the new words and the key sentences.
1. Try to read by themselves.
2. Listen to the tape and read after the tape.

Step 3.Learning the text
T: Today is Daming’s birthday ,He is having a birthday party .Do you want to go to Daming’s birthday party ? Let’s go !
1. Play the tape again, the students listen and underline the important sentences.
2. Read after the tape.
3. Play the tape .Ss listen and try to answer:
What’s Daming doing ?
What’s happening ?

1. Show Picture 1

S1: Daming is playing the suona.
T: What’s happening ?

2. Show other pictures, ask and answer as the same way.
