In our busy life, it is normal for everyone to have stress. Being stressed out for a long period of time is not healthy for human being, so people have to find a way to reduce stress. Some people reduce stress by reading, while others do by working in their gardens. In my case, doing exercise is the best way to mitigate stress because my mind gets empty while moving my body and I feel refreshed after exercising.

To begin with, exercise help me get empty my mind because I can really focus on my body movement. For example, when I am playing tennis, I am so concentrated on how to and where to hit the ball that I can't think of any other things. When I am swimming, I am focused on my breath and the movement of my body and I don't think of other things. That is why it is the best way for me to empty my mind.

In addition to emptying my mind, doing exercise offers me satisfaction and enjoyable time. Let's take the same example of playing tennis. Every time I play, I can see the slight improvement in my skills, which makes me very happy. Also I can't play tennis by myself, so I always have friends to play with. When we play a game, we have a great time together running around the court and sometime laughing. After playing tennis, I am so refreshed and all the negative things that caused me stress are gone.

To sum up, although there are so many ways of mitigating stress, doing exercise is the perfect way for me to release stress because I can't have any negative emotion or frustration during exercise and I feel very refreshed and happy after exercise.

The world became more complex, even the people whom have lived in it. So the human needs to be more smart in dealing with these changes. Successful person means there are specific skills in his or her characteristic that made from him an effective person. Some of these skills are knowledge, cooperation, good communication and others. In my view, the most important skill is self-confidence and strong personality.

First of all, the most important skill to be able in managing any business whatever if this work is local or global is strong personality. To open a new job means you have to deal and communicate with other people, but not all people think in the same way of you. In business, the weal of the person will come first that’s instinct in every human being. So if you are witty enough in your work you can achieve profit to your company easily. I will explain what I mean in this example, if Jack opens new firm, he needs to buy a new equipment to start his work, and the prices of these instruments differ from one place to other. Will offers Jack to buy this equipment’s from him with price higher than the price in the market just because he thought that Jack is new in this business and he can trick him, but due to the smart of Jack he can get rid from this trick.

Second, strong personality means standing in the face of all obstacles without surrendering, just like the mountain that does not shake by the winds. The life is not easy, if you want to accomplish your goal you have to complete the path to the end and not give-up from the first problem. Any successful person endured many difficulties just to arrive his work to the top. So the best way in continuity is to have a strong personality that can solve any problem without helping of others and if the first attempt was not success, the second trying can do it.

Finally, believing in you and having self-confidence are the title of every successful work. No one can impact in you negatively and trivializes in your ability, if you believe from the inside that I am talented person and I can make miracles. So every impossible can be possible and easy.

To sum up, nothing impossible but to become possible it needs some skills to catch the stars by your hands and shine in the world of successful. Strong personality and self –confidence are not the only skills to achieve the goals but the basic.

Nowadays, tourism places are more than in the past. Different person has different aims. So, it affects some tourists who like travelling to have several expectations. Here in Indonesia, most of travelers prefer to go on vacation by visiting some beautiful places with their friends or families. Does it happen to all of societies here? The answer is totally 'no'. While the large numbers of Indonesian people prefer to visit tourism areas together, others choose to refresh their mind by going alone to see several beautiful holiday destinations.

To begin with, the majority of holidaymakers prefer to travel with their groups instead of travel alone. It is because they could find more interesting moments with their friends. For example, when they visit a beautiful place that they had never visited before, they will find many problems. If one of their friends get problem, they can ask help each other and even find interesting activities. They will feel more enjoyable when they go with their colleagues. It is because if one of their friends could not see something different, it does not close the possibility that the other friends could see it.

This will be extremely different than we go on vacation without friends. Others prefer to see some tourist destination alone because they have private aims. They have distinctive way to refresh their brain by going on holiday alone. When they go to tourism places alone, they could select their destination by themselves without other opinions that could disturb their mood. As a result, they could maximize their satisfaction when they go on vacation and get what they want. Also, this will bring many good effects in their life after the holiday.

In a nutshell, travelling alone or with friends has different sensations. If we go with friends, we should be more patient because we go with different people who have different personality. However, when we go travelling alone, we should be more carefully because we could find many problems that we could not solve them alone.

Don’t crack neighbor window’s glass, told to “bad” boys. But, what are cardinal features of good son or daughters? In my opinion, genuine factors are concealed through personality and intellectuality of children on which the next paragraphs will elaborate.

Personally speaking, the most important feature for being accentuated among siblings is politeness. For example, respect has place on the top. When parents see respect, they forget everything. Everything about bothers! Years before, as if never existed. A soft saying can win their trust, their hearts. Had children known how much they can be beneficial by happiness of parents, they would never have said even an “Oh” to them.

Intellectually, lessoning from past is another feature. There is a rule. History should not repeat again. So, mentioned girls and boys listen to stories narrating experiences in past, put so much faith to them, and try to not repeat them. Maybe they accuse to be too much good boys and girls. But, they commit to their rules. What they will see in future has worth to tolerate such accusations.

All in all, I argued that politeness and future-conscious are two features of straightforward boys and girls. I contended that as long as they commit to such principles, the very them also will be beneficial of such lifestyle. For those who experienced such lifestyle, isn’t that what you think, right?

Children need learn all of things in early years of their life to have a better life in their future. Although they should learn mathematics, history and geology, they must learn about people, relationships beliefs and society. In the procedure of teaching there must be teachers who not only have enough knowledge but also know physical and mental treats of their students, have a true approximation of level of ability of their student and have enough time to teach a specific issue to their students completely. In this view the best teachers are parents.

It is an obvious fact that a child has unique properties. These properties should have a direct effect on selecting of learning method by teachers. In a class there are dozens of students with different mental or physical treats, thereby a teacher has to choose a general method. In this situation some of students cannot have maximum efficiency in the class. Parent are the closest people to their child and know him well. When a father or a mother is going to teach his child, he or she choose the most suitable way of teaching based on his or her child ability.

Level of learning is different in children and it depends on their mental ability of receiving information. Some children learn things when they hear teachers, other should exercise several times to understand a subject. Parents can easily find out how their children learn easier and use the best method for them. In a class teacher try to teach in a way that ordinary students learn and it is not enough for all of students and here we can see role of parents as teacher.

Some children are strong in analytical courses such as mathematics and weak in explanatory courses such as history, others have reverse reaction. In a usual class a teacher teaches just one time, whether it is analytical or explanatory. When a student cannot understand a specific course for first time, he thinks that is stupid. Parents have enough time to learn their children how many times they need to learn well. They also distinguish their child’s ability in different courses and based on it concentrate on weaknesses of their child.

In conclusion, there are lots of problems that a child encounters in a class, some of these problems have a direct relation between how teacher teaches and how student learns. Since a teacher almost always has a unique way of teaching, he does not try to identify all of students' disabilities in learning. In this situation parent can play a major role to lead or teach their child.

Both rural and urban areas provide a different type of lifestyle from each other. Talking about a child growth, I honestly believe that a huge city can offer a variety of advantages in term of education and life quality, as will now be discussed.

Primarily, it is fundamental for a child to get educated, as a big number of reputed schools as well as teachers are available just in cities rather than countryside, thus enrolling the kid himself in these schools would lead to various benefits in a long term. To be specific, brilliant educators tend to teach in giant cities owing to the fact that in this manner they could benefit from a wide range of advantages, included wages and they generally have their own methods of teaching which make them potential teachers, suitable even for a toddler. To illustrate, my little cousin, who is enrolled in a well-known school, has obtained higher marks in all his achievements because teachers, through their modes of instructions, were able to make lessons understandable. Hence, it must be acknowledged that undoubtedly educating a child in an enormous city has a positive impact.

In addition, there are some entertaining facilities specially designed for children as amusement parks which contribute to a colorful growth, such places that could not be founded in countryside. Moreover, in giant cities moving from one place to another is uncomplicated, and unlike the rural areas, there a big amount of safe means of transport accessible, so that the parents should not worry about bring their children in various places. For instance, a friend of mine, whenever cannot accompany his child to the school environment, he used to send him with the school bus as he considers it safely. Therefore, from this point of view, it seems more safe to a child live in an urban area.

To conclude, as an overall judgment, it could be said that the key to raising a well-rounded child is to live in a vast city as it provides a variety of advantages.

Movies are popular all over the world. There are many types of movies like drama, action, horror, romantic, science fictions, children's movies, comedies etc. And also by many different languages around the world. Mostly all age group people love to watch movies. In my view there are three reasons why movies are so popular.

Firstly, it’s really depends on individual interests and moods. Everyone have their own style of interests and moods. For example, I like to watch animated movies, detective kind of movies like Sherlock Holmes. But my husband likes to watch action and science fiction movies or education based movies. For example, Movies related to space craft, planets, engineering related films etc. We can improve our knowledge, learn more about our interests. Makes us more eager to learn. Not only for adults but also I have seen some children who like to watch movies related to space crafts that too with animated special effects makes them more fascinating and fun to watch.

Secondly, sometimes movies make us relax, boost us with positive thinking, fills with enthusiastic energy. For example, if I am bored with studies or not in mood to regular things. I usually prefer to watch movies. I like to watch comedy movies just to relax. Some times to motivating movies. This makes me happy and energetic with positive thinking’s. Nevertheless, Movies also have negative effects on youngsters. For example, adult films, horror films. Makes them distracted. Movies rating is really important.

Thirdly, Movies like history, biography, technology etc. make us to know about our culture how it was in olden days. How people lead their lives? Biography of leaders, role models make us too became like them or at least try to be like them. For example, Lincoln, Gandhi and many more leaders. Movies are so touching to our lives; we sometimes relate ourselves to the picture.

In conclusion, Movies are like part of our lives. People like to be happy and have fun.

I prefer to go to the movie theater. It is a place I go to often that is important to me. There are several reasons.
Firstly, every time I went go to the cinema, I can relax myself. You know! ~The homework and the tests in school are too much. I feel so stressed. So when I feel stressed, I will go to the cinema, and choose a stupid comedy, and then laugh out loud.
Secondly, the movie theater is a place that can hold together with suitable for my entire family. Because my dad and mom work on in different regions and my older sister and I both study outside, we have few chances to get together. But my family will fixedly habitually go to the cinema twice a month.
So I think the movie theater is an important place to me and for my family and me.
