四物汤及其三个加味方对大鼠急性血淤模型
的药效作用比较

摘要:目的观察比较四物汤及其加味方对大鼠血淤模型的药
效作用。方法选用 Wistar 大鼠 48 只,随机分为正常对照组、血淤模
型组、四物汤组、圣愈汤组、桃红四物汤组、胶艾汤组,每组 8 只。
各组大鼠连续灌胃 7 d,第 8 天除正常组外,其余 5 组大鼠同时皮下
注射盐酸肾上腺素,按 0.9 mg/kg 剂量,2 次/d,2 次给药之间进行 1
次冰水浸泡刺激,时间为 5 min,处置后停食。18 h 后用乙醚麻醉剖
腹,腹主动脉采血,作血液流变学检测及凝血时间的测定。结果与血
淤模型组比较,四物汤组和圣愈汤组的大鼠各切变率下的血液黏度均
明显降低(P<0.05 或 P<0.01 或 P£0.001) 桃红四物汤组在切变率 ;
1 s-1 下的血液黏度降低有显著性意义(P<0.05) 。与血淤模型组比
较,圣愈汤组和桃红四物汤组的血浆黏度明显降低(P<0.05) 。与血
淤模型组比较,桃红四物汤组和胶艾汤组大鼠红细胞聚集率均有明显
降低(P<0.001) 与四物汤组比较,圣愈汤组、桃红四物汤组和胶艾 。
汤组大鼠红细胞聚集指数均有明显降低(P<0.05 或 P<0.01) 中 ,其
桃红四物汤组和胶艾汤组大鼠的红细胞聚集指数降低非常明显(P<
0.01) 与血淤模型组比较,四物汤组、圣愈汤组和桃红四物汤组大鼠 。
红细胞压积均明显降低(P<0.05 或 P<0.01) 。与血淤模型组比较,
四物汤组及其三个加味方的凝血时间均明显延长(P<0.01 或 P<

0.01) 。结论 四物汤及其三个加味方作用于血淤模型均能显示出一定
活血作用,活血作用的强度因配伍而有所不同,四物汤配伍活血、益
气药时的活血作用较强。提示方剂的效用与其所作用的对象的状态有
关。

Function Comparison between Siwu Tang and its Three
Additional Prescriptions` Medicine on Rats Acute Blood Stasis
Abstract: ObjectiveObserve and compare Siwu Tang and its
additional prescriptions' medicine function on the rat blood
stasis model.MethodsChoose 48 Wistar rats and divide into normal
group, blood stasis model group, Siwu Tang group, Shengyu Tang
group, Taohong Siwu Tang group, Jiaoai Tang group at random, 8
rats in per group. Each rat was continuously clystered for 7 days.
On the 8th day except normal group, rest 5 rats groups received
the subcutaneous injection of Adrenaline Hydrochloride, dose
was 0.9 mgs/kg, 2 times/d. The rats were ice water soaked as
stimulation for 5 mins between 2 injections. Stop food after
stimulation. After 18 h, cut the stomach by etherization. Get
the blood from abdominal aorta to make examination of

hemorheology and the measurement of the clotting
time.ResultsCompared with the blood stasis model group, in the
rats of group Siwu Tang and Shengyu Tang, the blood viscosity
lowered obviously under the shear rate(P<0.05 or P<0.01 or P
£0.001); In Taohong Siwu group under shear rate 1 s-1, blood
viscosity lower had very obvious meaning (P<0.05). Compared
with the blood stasis model group, the rat's Erythrocyte
aggregations rate of Taohong Siwu Tang and Jaoai group lowered
obviously(P < 0.001). Compared with the group of Siwu Tang,
Shengyu Tang group, Taohong Siwu group and Jaoai group's rats'
erythrocyte aggreagation index numbers all lowered obviously(P
<0.05 or P<0.01). Among them, in the Taohong Siwu Tang and
Jiaoai, the index number rats' Erythrocyte aggregation lowered
very obviously(P<0.01). Compared with the blood stasis model
group, in the set of Siwu Tang, the set of Shengyu Tang Taohong
Siwu, rats' H'crit all lowered obviously(P<0.05 or P<0.01).
Compare with the blood stasis model set, the set of Siwu Tang
and its additional prescriptions' clotting time all prolonged
obviously(P < 0.01 or P < 0.01).ConclusionSiwu Tang and its
additional prescriptions can all show certain function of
promoting blood flow on blood stasis model. The power of the
promoting blood flow function has the dissimilarity because of
