导热系数与材料的组成结构、密度、含水率、温度等因素有关。非晶体结构、密度较低的材料,导热系数较小。材料的含水率、温度较低时,导热系数较小。
通常把导热系数较低的材料称为保温材料,而把导热系数在0.05瓦/米?度以下的材料称为高效保温材料。
软性硅胶导热绝缘垫是传热界面材料中的一种,具有良好的导热能力和高等级的耐压,其作用就是填充处理器与散热器之间大要求,是替代导热硅脂导热膏加云母片的二元散热系统的最佳产品.
该产品的导热系数是2.45W/mK,抗电压击穿值在4000伏以上,本身具有一定的柔韧性,很好的贴合功率器件与散热铝片或机器外壳间的,从而达到最好的导热及散热目的,符合目前电子行业对导热材料的要求.
硅胶导热绝缘垫的长宽规格400x200mm,工艺厚度从0.5mm~5mm不等,每0.5mm一加,即0.5mm 1mm 1.5mm 2mm一直到 5mm特殊要求可增至10mm专门为利用缝隙传递热量的设计方案生产,能够填充缝隙完成发热部位与散热部位的热传递同时还起到减震 绝缘密封等作用,能够满足社设备小型化超薄化的无风扇设计要求,是极具工艺性和使用性的新材料.且厚度适用范围广,特别适用于汽车、显示器、计算机和电源等电子设备行业.
阻燃防火性能符合U.L 安规94V-0 要求,已通过SGS公司关于欧盟ROHS标准检测环保认证 ,工作温度一般在-50℃~220℃
开关电源绝缘,耐溫,耐电压,导热及防火材料:
1.软性硅胶导热垫,工艺厚度从0.5mm--5mm,每0.5mm一加, 即0.5mm 1mm 1.5mm 2mm一直到5mm;特殊要求可增至10mm, 导热系数高达2.45w/mk, 同时具有非常好的绝缘性能. 阻燃防火性能符合UL 94V-0 要求, 并符合欧盟SGS环保认证,工作温度一般在-50℃~220℃;因此, 是非常好的导热材料. 特性柔软,专门为利用间隙传递热量的设计方案生产, 能够填充缝隙, 完成发热部件与散热片的热传递, 增加导热面积, 同时还起到防震,绝缘,密封等作用;能够满足社设备小型化,超薄化的设计要求, 是极具工艺性和使用性的新材料. 且厚度适用范围广,特别适用于汽车、显示器、计算机和电源等电子设备行业.
2.大功率MOS管,散热绝缘片一般使用矽胶片, 导热系数: 0.8-1.2W/M.K, 成本低, 易组装, 对高发热量的MOS管绝缘是没有问题, 散热效果很理想.
