高炉开铁口机大臂旋转设备液压系统设计
摘 要
开铁口机是完成打开高炉铁口的关键设备,随着在现代冶炼技术的发展进步, 老式
简易开铁口机的不足逐渐暴露出来,已不能满足现代化高炉的要求,开铁口机的改制势
在必行。本课题研究的是全液压开铁口机的液压系统设计,该控制系统利用液压控制灵
活、迅速的优势,一改以往人工操纵换向为液压系统识别自动控制换向。开铁口机从回
转开始工作到工作结束回到停放位置,均采用液压全自动控制,不需人工干预,提高了
开孔能力和开孔速度,适应了现代化大型高炉的要求。该系统主要由冲击、转钎、推进
及回转四部分的液压控制系统组成,本课题主要设计了这四部分中推进与回转部分的液
压控制系统,及对这两部分液压系统的组合和系统性能验算,同时论述了各部分的计算
设计过程和必要的强度校核。
