2、 工程概况
2. General
台山核电站一期工程HGU管沟是连接循环水虹吸井（HCA）与重要厂用水泵房（HPA/C）专设的重要冷却水管沟。采用核岛反应堆坐标系（坐标以1980西安坐标系为准），反应堆厂房标高±0.00相对于8.7m(国家85高程系)，所有标高都以反应堆厂房的相对标高为准；HGU管沟外截面大部分为3.5m×3.5m，内孔大部分截面为2.5m×2.5m的方孔，侧壁及底板、顶板均为500mm厚的现浇钢筋混凝土结构；结构需进行找坡，找坡坡度分别为0.3%、0.34%与0.38%。HGU管沟替代砼及垫层采用C25砼，主体结构采用欧标C35/45砼；管沟共计10段(060～069段)。
In Taishan Nuclear Power Station project(Phase 1), HGU is essential cooling water pipeway which is dedicated to link the recycled water siphon well(HCA) and essential service pump station(HPA/C). Coordinate system of Nuclear Island reactor is applied(XI AN Coordinate System 1980). Level ±0.00 of reactor building corresponds to 8.7m of National Elevation Datum 1985. All levels relate to the reference level of reactor building. The outside section of HGU is largely square hole of 3.5m×3.5m and inside section is largely square hole of 2.5m×2.5m. The side wall, base slab and top slab of the pipeway are reinforcement concrete structure of 500mm thick which shall be cast in situ. The slop shall be made in structure and the slope varies from 0.3%, 0.34% to 0.38%. The C25 concrete shall be applied to the HGU Pipeway constitute concrete and bedding concrete, while EN C35/45 concrete shall be applied to the main structure. The pipeway has 10 sections in total(from 060 to 069).

3.1人员安排：

队长：罗泽军；全面负责HGU管沟的施工管理与现场协调工作。
Team Leader: Luo Zejun, responsible for comprehensive construction management and site coordination of HGU pipeway.
钢筋工长：彭广理；负责HGU管沟钢筋的绑扎与验收工作。
Reinforcement Foreman: Peng Guangli, responsible for the reinforcement fixing and acceptance of it in HGU pipeway.
木工工长：周贵伟；负责HGU管沟模板的支护与验收工作。
Carpentry Foreman: Zhou Guiwei, responsible for formwork installation and acceptance of it in HGU pipeway.
混凝土工长：黄建根；负责HGU管沟模板的支护与验收工作。
Concrete Foreman: Huang Jian’gen, responsible formwork installation and acceptance of it in HGU pipeway.
技术员：刘志强；负责HGU管沟施工过程中技术问题及技术交底工作。

Document Controller: responsible for receiving drawings and documents and compiling acceptance documents(national standard and ETF document) during HGU pipeway construction.
在结构施工高峰期，计划进场工人：木工15人，钢筋工20人，混凝土工20人、焊工2人、架子工 15人，特殊工种，必须经过培训，有上岗证，持证上岗。
Durding the peak period of structure construction, it is planned to mobilize: 15 woodworkers; 20 reinforcement workers, 20 concrete workers, 2 welders, 15 scaffolders. Workers of special posts shall attend training and get work license.

注:砼浇筑时主体队需储备雨布，防止雨水对砼质量的影响；夜间施工需增加照明灯具。
Note: During concrete placing, the Main Structure Team shall prepare rain cloth to prevent the concrete quality from being affected by the rain. Lighting equipment shall be prepared during night construction.

HGU管沟计划从2009年11月8日开工，到2010年2月7日完工（除60、62、63、69段的上段部分外），总工期92天，下表为具体部署：
The construction of HGU pipeway is planned to start on November 8th of 2009 and to be finished on February 7th of 2010(the upper section of 60th, 62nd, 63rd and 69th Section are not completed during this period). The construction lasts for 92 days and following is detailed schedule:

5、 施工缝划分
5. Division of Construction Joints
按照施工图纸，HGU管沟验槽后应立即浇筑垫层，逐段施工。主体队需按照工程部编制的进度计划完成每个控制点的施工。每段在底板顶面以上500mm的位置设一水平施工缝，每段砼分为上下两次浇筑。
According to the construction drawing, the bedding concrete shall be placed by section immediately after the inspection of HGU foundation subsoil. The main structure team shall finish the construction of every control-point according to the schedule compiled by the engineering department. A horizontal construction joint shall be set at the position which is 500mm upper the top base slab face and the concrete of every section shall be placed for two times(the upper part and the lower part).
每段施工工序如下：
