Unit 4 We love animals
一、教学目标
1、学生能听、说、认、读 5种小动物的名称:pig、cat、bear、 dog、duck.
2、能够用What’s this?和It’s a/an…谈论自己喜欢的小动物。
3、培养学生热爱小动物、保护小动物的美好情感
二、教学重难点
1、能听说、认读一些常见的动物单词pig、cat、bear、 dog、duck.
2、能够在特定的情境用所学句型What’s this?和It’s a/an…进行交流。
三、教学用具
1、教师准备dog、duck、bear、cat、pig的头饰和卡片、PPT课件。
四、教学过程
Step1、Warming up. (4minutes)
(1)Greetings.
T:Hello, boys and girls. My name is Rainbow.( 带读Rainbow两遍)
T:Now I say “Hello,boys and girls”,you say “Hello Rainbow”.Ok?
T:Hello,boys and girls.(从小到大声,倾听的手势)
(2)Grouping.
T:Good job!I prepare a present for you.You will have the group name from the box.Can you? (拿出装有名称卡片的礼物盒,示意学生上台抽取)
T:This is cat group.hello,cat group...(介绍每一个小组)
(3)Let’s do.
T:Wonderful. Every group gets the name. Are you ready? Whole class stand up.Follow me.
What’s this? It’s an eye. /What’s this? It’s an ear. /What’s this? It’s a nose. /What’s this? It’s a mouth. /What’s this? It’s a pig.
T;So cute!Sit down,please.
Step2、Leading in. (1 minutes)
师在ppt播放自己抱宠物的照片
T:Look,who is this?
T:Yes,it is Rainbow.And this is my dog.I love animals.Do you love animals?
T:Ok,let us go to the farm together.(课件播放农场图)
T:Wow,so many animals!What can you see?
Step3、Presentation.(15 minutes)
(1)pig
PPT先展示猪鼻子、尾巴,最后出现猪。
T:What’s this? It’s a pig.(板书pig,并画简笔画)
T:Pig.(大小声操练单词,个别读)
(2)dog
播放狗叫声
T:Listening carefully.Wang,wang! What’s this? It’s a dog. (板书pig,并画简笔画)
T:Dog. (小组读,个别读)
(3)cat
画简笔画,边画边让学生猜。
T: What’s this? It’s a cat. (板书cat)
T:Cat.(拍掌cat,cat,It is a cat.)
(4)duck
ppt展示被打散的鸭子图片让学生猜
T:Look,what’s this? It’s a duck. (板书duck)
T: Duck.( 小组读,开火车T;This group.One by one.Are you ready?)
(5)bear
PPT显示熊的图片快速飞过,先让学生猜
T:Look .What’s this? T: It’s a bear. (板书bear)
T:Bear.(大小声读)
Step4、Practice.(10 minutes)
(1)Read all the new words and sentences we have learn.(师生问答)
(2)Playing game.
What is missing?
Guessing game.(a.每个小组派一名成员上台,根据教师提示,画出简笔画,会有一到两分的奖励;b.其他小组成员用新学单词对图画进行竞猜,也将获得一分奖励。)
(3)情境创设
ppt呈现带有动物的农场图片及新句型(A: What’s this? B: It’s a . A:I love .)
T:Now,we are on the farm.Whitch animals do you like?Then talk about it with your partners.(中文解释)
Step5、Consolidation and extension. (5 minutes)
1、Find friends(将图片贴到相应的单词旁)
师示范
T:Now let us find friends.Look,pig?(故意找错朋友)
T:Who can try?
2、根据录音,选择单词。
3、Let’s chant.(先听一遍,师引导学生做。)
Step6、Summary(3 minutes)
(1)梳理本节课知识(思维导图)。
(2)情感升华。
(3)评最佳小组。
Step7、Homework(2 minutes)
1、Design your farm and talk to your parents and freinds.
2、Copy new words and sentences twice.
