Show Ss the pictures and discuss the problems in groups. They should use the sentences: She should / could…
Step 4. Listening comprehension
Ss listen to the tape and circle the problems they hear in activity 1a.
Ss listen again and repeat the sentences one by one.
Step 5. Pairwork
Let Ss practice in pairs and act out the dialogue.
