环节说明:通过复习,让学生用will的一般将来时对自己的生活作出预测,从而达到顺利导入新课的目的。
Step 2完成教材3a~3c的任务
【操作案例】
1.要求学生快速默读短文,并根据自己的理解选择3a方框中的单词完成短文。然后以小组竞赛的形式邀请几位同学代表小组给出自己的答案。全班一起检查讨论,并评出优胜者。(3分钟)
In 20 years,I think I'll be a newspaper reporter.I'll live in Shanghai,because there will be more jobs in that city.As a reporter,I think I will meet lots of interesting people,so I'll have more friends.I'll have fewer pets,though,because I'll have less free time.And my apartment will be no good for pets because it'll be too small.So I'll probably just keep a bird.During the week,I'll wear smart clothes.On the weekend,I'll look less smart but I'll be more comfortable.In the future,people will work more so they'll probably have fewer vacations,but I think I'll take a holiday in Hong Kong when possible.One day I'll even go to Australia.
2.要求学生分小组讨论短文里面的词组并勾画出来,然后请几位同学给出自己的答案,必要的话教师进行补充。(3分钟)
3.小组活动。完成教材3b的任务,并要求学生进行填写练习。然后请2-3组同学当堂进行朗读。(4分钟)
4.要求学生根据3a,3b的内容完成3c的任务,写一篇预测自己未来20年生活的短文。最后挑选几篇较好的短文在全班展示。(5分钟)
环节说明:首先让学生进行仿写,然后让学生写出自己对未来生活的设想,呈现出了由句到文循序渐进的过程。在此过程中采用小组合作和自主学习模式,不仅锻炼了学生独立思考的能力,增强了学生的合作意识,还巩固了学生对目标语言的学习、识记和运用。

【操作案例】
1.要求学生分小组讨论未来的机器人会对学校生活有什么样的帮助,把想到的情形填在任务4的表格内,并在方框中画出自己理想的机器人的形象。(4分钟)
2.小组间交流各自的答案。(3分钟)
