Step1. Before Reading
Show some basic information about the two passages by the Multi-medium computer .Talk about them with the students. At the same time, try to mention the new words in the passage.
Step2 Fast-reading
Ask the students to read quickly and try to get the general meaning of this passage. Then finish the tasks after it as quickly as possible.
The Man and the Monkey
The monkey likes imitating man’s action. One day
a man wants to play a joke on a monkey. First he gives
the monkey a banana. So when he peels the banana,

教学反思:
Ss should learn and remember as many words as possible. It is important for Ss
to improve their reading skills. In class, the teacher should let Ss read and
learn by themselves. If necessary , teacher should give Ss more time to dis-
cuss in groups to get more knowledge.
