白液贮存槽内衬混凝土施工方案 White Liquor Storage Tank Lining Concreting Program 1.施工前的检查 Checking before Construction (1)储罐的组对和焊接完成后,对储罐的外观进行检查,按照《立式圆筒型焊接油罐施工及验收规范》GB50128-2005的储罐的焊缝、垂直度和圆度进行复查。After completing the pairing and welding of the storage tank, check the outlook of the tank, and review the welds, the verticality, and the roundness of the tank in accordance with GB50128-2005 the “Construction and Acceptance Specification for Vertical Cylindrical Welded Oil Tanks”. (2)对储罐底板焊缝进行抽真空检查。Make vacuuming checks for the welds on the bottom of the tanks. (3)对储罐进行盛水试验检查。Check the tanks by filling water. (4)检查储罐的管道接口和人孔门是否施工完成。Check whether the construction of the piping interfaces and man-holes of the tanks is completed. 2.白液贮存槽内衬混凝土施工White liquor storage tank lining concrete construction 2.1施工前的准备工作Preparations before construction 2.1.1储罐壁板钩钉的焊接 Welding the tank wall hooks (1)在储罐壁板用φ20mm的螺纹钢弯制成的钩钉焊接,壳体部分每平方米6个钩钉。如图1-1:On the wall of the tanks, weld with hooks made by bendingφ20mm rebar, using 6 hooks for each square meter of the shell body, see Fig. 1-1: 图Fig 1-1 (2)在完成盛水试验后,用钢丝轮对壁板进行除锈,要求罐壁内表面无可见的油脂和污垢,并且没有附着不牢的氧化皮,铁锈后油漆涂层等附着物,壁板表面应显示出金属光泽,达到手工除锈的St2级标准。After completing the filling-water test, de-rust the wall plates with steel wire wheels, requirements: no grease or dirt visible on the interior surface of the tank wall, no oxidized skin that does not attach fast, or other attachments resulting from painting on rust, and the surface of the wall plate should shine with a metallic luster, reaching ST2 standard for manual de-rusting. Steel Mould Plate (3)在罐内壁铺设100*100*4mm钢丝网,用扎丝固定在已焊接好的钩钉上。如图1-2所示:Lay 100*100*4mm steel wire net on the interior wall of the tank, use thin binding wire to fix on the welded hooks. See Fig 1-2: Rack Pipe Support Steel Wire Net 2.1.2模板施工 Mould plate construction 用1000*160mm的模板沿储罐内侧进行施工,保证模板与储罐内壁之间的间距为80mm;钢模板内侧用DN40的架管进行加固和支撑。如图1-2和1-3. Use 1000*160mm mould plate for construction inside the tanks, make sure that the spacing between the mould plate and the inner wall of the tanks is 80mm; inside the steel mould plates, use DN40 pipe-racks for reinforcement and support, see Fig 1-2 and 1-3: Steel Mould Plate Rack Pipe Support 图Fig 1-2 Rack Pipe Support 图1-3 2.2侧板混凝土浇筑 Side plate concreting 根据南宁院图纸要求,侧板采用C40细石混凝土,侧板混凝土厚度80mm,底板混凝土厚度100mm。因侧板混凝土厚度只有80mm,为保证混凝土的流动性,要求采用细石混凝土,豆石直径小于10mm.混凝土采用人工用塑料桶一桶一桶灌注到模板与混凝间。采用φ20mm的振动棒插入混凝土内不停振动,确保混凝土的密实度。如图2-1:As required by the drawings of Naning Institute, use C20 concrete for side and bottom plates, and the concrete thickness of the bottom plates is 100mm. See Fig 2-1: Rack Pipe Support Rack Pipe Support Shaking Bar 图2-1 第一圈混凝土(高度1000mm)浇筑完成后,时间间隔一天后(待混凝土基本硬化),再浇筑第二圈混凝土(高度1000mm),直到筒体上部混凝土完成。After completing the first round of concreting (height 1000mm), do the second round concreting (height 1000mm) after an interval of one day (wait for hardening of concrete) till completion of the concreting of the upper part of the cylinder. 筒体混凝土浇筑完成后,拆除筒体模板,再浇筑底板混凝土,底板采用C30细石混凝土。 After completing the concreting of the cylinder, dismantle the mould plates of the cylinder before concreting the bottom plate concrete. 2.3混凝土浇筑计划:Concreting program: 储罐内壁直径:φ15280mm,衬混凝土后内径φ 15120mm;筒体内壁混凝土体积:L=57.2736m3 .贮罐高度15米,计划模板高度1.0米,分15圈完成。每圈混凝土体积为57.2736÷15=3.82m3。Inner diameter of the storage tank: φ15280mm, after lining with concrete the inner diameter is changed to φ 15120mm; volume of cylinder inner wall concrete: L=57.2736m3 . Volume of each round of concrete is 57.2736÷15=3.82m3. 拟定3人用φ20振动棒进行振捣,6人用手提桶运送和浇筑混凝土,4人准备和进行模板安装,1人进行监护和协助工作。共计14人进行施工。 3 persons are planned to shake withφ20 vibration rod, 6 persons convey concrete with handy pails for concreting, 4 persons prepare and install the mould plate, 1 person for supervision and coordination. A total of 14 persons are planned for the construction. 3.混凝土内表面防腐 在壁板和底板混凝土全部施工完成,拆除模板后对混凝土表面进行彻底清扫和吹扫。然后用清水对混凝土表面冲洗一遍,待混凝土表面干燥后在混凝土表面涂刷PHA105防腐涂料二遍,涂料厚度70um。
