1、项目内容：拟引进丹麦乔治费歇尔迪砂公司DISA造型生产线一条、日本新东工业设备株式会社V铸造生产线一条及其配套设施。生产轿车曲轴、进排汽歧管、刹车盘鼓；冰箱、空调、压缩机铸配件；航空、机床、载重汽车高精密球墨铸铁零部件等产品。与国外同类产品相比，因工艺设备先进、质量过硬、价格低廉，因此极具市场竞争能力，产品绝大部分出口美国、荷兰、日本等地。
2、项目投资估算：总投资1312.5万美元。其中自筹562.5万美元，拟引资750万美元。
3、项目建设规模及内容：引进丹麦乔治费歇尔迪砂公司DISA造型生产线一条、日本新东工业设备株式会社V铸造生产线一条及其配套设施。年产4万吨高精度钢铁及有色金属合金铸造。该项目属于新建项目。项目建设周期1年。
4、项目配套条件情况：目前已实现水、电、路、气、通讯等"五通一平"。
5、项目建成后市场预测及效益分析：该项目冲天炉、锅炉采用净化除尘工艺，除尘效率可达99%以上，无生产废水，固体废弃物中的废砂全部用作化铁炉修炉材料，炉渣外运集中填埋处理。因此该项目工艺成熟、技术可靠，完全符合国家环境保护政策。项目完成实施后，年可实现销售收入2490万美元，利税678.875万美元。投资回收期2.41年。

III. Brief Introduction to the Application Unit :The company, is a private enterprise integrating washed coal, tar, chemical industry, iron making, electricity generating. Its total fixed assets are 250 million RMB, registered capital 10 million RMB, Assets Liabilities Ratio is 33%, annual pig iron is 0.2 million tons, tar 0.4 million tons, the annual sales revenue is 500 million RMB, realized tax 150 million RMB.
IV. Project Overview:
a. Project Details: it is expected to introduced a moulding productio line of Danmark Georg Fischer Disa Company, V-method foundry production line of Japanese Xindong commercial plant kabuskiki kaisha and their mating facilities. It produces the following products: crankshaft for passenger cars, intake and exhaust manifold, braking disk and drum, casting fittings for refrigerator, air conditioning and compressor, high precision spheroidal graphite cast iron parts for aviation, machine tool, truck. Compared with the same products abroad, they have a powerful competence in the market for advanced technology and equipments, high quality and low price. Most of the products are exported to America, Holand and Japan.
b. Investment Fund Estimate: The total investment stands at US $ 13.125 million dollars, among which US $5.625 million dollars is self-funded and US $7.5 million dollars is planned to introduce.
c. Project Scale: a moulding productio line of Danmark Georg Fischer Disa Company, V-method foundry production line of Japanese Xindong commercial plant kabuskiki kaisha and their mating facilities are to be introduced. Annual 40 thousand high precision steel and nonferrous matal alloy casting production line is to be formed. The project is an expansion project. The construction period of the project is 1 year.
d. Project conditions: At present, "Five-accessible and One-leveling" such as water, electricity, road, gas, communication has been realized.
e. Market Prospects and Returns Analysis: the cupola and boiler of the project adopt smoke dust purifying and removing technology, the efficiency of smoke dust removing can reach over 99%, and no waste water is produced. All the waste sand in solid waste materials is used as cupola repairing materials, and slag is sent out and handled by burying. So the technique of the project is adbanced, technology is credible, completely accord with national environment protection policies. After the completion of the whole project, the annual sales revenue is expected to stand around US $24.9 million dollars and total tax can top US $6.78875 million dollars. The investment payoff period is 2.41 years.
