教学过程
Step1.Warming-up.
1. Play a game.
2. Say a chant.
3. Say hello to students, they can say hello to their partners.Then talk about something like the day and the weather.
Step 2 Presentation
1.Lead students to talk about some words about birthday present.
T : Class . What is this ?
T : What kind of cake ？
T : Good! When we have a birthday party , we’ll eat a birthday cake. Eat a cake .
2.Revise sentence “Let’s…”
“Let me …”
3.Lead new words in the sentences

follow the teacher.
4.Listen and act : light the candles , sing a song.
5.Teach to read the new words :light and candle
6.Teach the other phrases in the same way.
7.Listen and practice: late , early , go home
T: S1，what time do you get up in the morning?
T: It’s early./ It’s late.
T: what time do you go to bed,S1?
T:Oh, It’s too early /late.
Teach the words : early and late
T: Look at the clock. ，what time is it?
T: It’s six o’clock in the afternoon.. It’s time to…
T: It’s time to go home.Go home.
Step 3 .Work in pairs.
How do you celebrate your birthday?
1.Ligth the candles.2.Sing a songs. 3.Say a wish.4.Eat the cake. 5.Cut the cake. 6.Blow out the candles.
