Step 1: Review the vocabulary of wild animals
1) Look at the pictures on P55 and P59.
kangaroo, bear, giant panda, squirrel, dolphin, tiger, camel, fox, giraffe, lion, monkey, polar bear, tortoise, wolf, zebra
Step 2: Review specific characteristics, appearance, abilities, eating habits and danger of animals
1) Review specific characteristics, appearance, abilities, eating habits and danger on P64 and P65.
Tigers
Appearance big and strong bright eyes

cut down forests. Soon, they will have no home and
food.

1). Translate some sentences.

2). Encourage Ss to make their own sentences as many as possible.
3). Choose one of good students to sum up:
