1. Transport at different times
这里time 作可数名词 ，意为“时代/ 时期”。如：
I have no time to play. 我没有时间玩。这里time 作不可数名词 ，意为“时间”。
We have been to Beijing three times. 我已经去过北京三次了。这里time 作可数名词 ，意为“次/ 回”。
2. since自…… 以来
(1) prep. 自……以来，后接“点”时间，谓语动词常用现在完成时。如：
Buses have been in use in Beijing since 1935. 北京自从1935年起就使用公共汽车了。
(2) conj. 自……以来，引导时间状语从句，从句常用一般过去时，主句常用现在完成时。如：
He has lived in this village since he was a child. 从他是小孩子起就住在这个村庄里了。
3. over
over作介词，具有“在……期间；在……上面；多于；越过”之意；over作形容词，具有“结束的；完了的”之意。如：
Great changes have taken place over the past three years.近三年来发生了很大的变化。
There is a bridge over the river. 河上有座桥。
She stayed there over two weeks. 她在那儿住了两个多星期。
