Lesson 15 Very few people will be killed by future (第一课时)
教学目标:
1. 能力目标:
1)能够通过略读,迅速判断文段主要内容。
2)能够对阅读文段根据需要进行分析、筛选,从而获取并处理相关信息。
3)能够在理解文段大意的基础上,初步运用将来时及其被动语态口头描述未来事物。
2. 知识目标:
1)理解有关话题的文段。
2)初步掌握本课教学内容中所列句型。
3) 认读和理解课标词及其它词汇。
3. 情感目标:
1)通过对未来汽车的学习,培养学生节能环保的思想意识。
2)通过将来时被动语态的学习培养学生理解、主动概括语言现象并积极总结的学习态度。

教学步骤:
I. Lead in (1 mins)
教师设置问题导入新课。
T: Yesterday we talked about many Chinese inventions; do you still remember what they are?
S1: Paper, Kites….
T: Do you know what invention we are going to talk about today?
S2: Cars.
T: Yes, cars. Do you like cars? Do you have cars in your family? What is it like? Is it big? What color is it?
S3. It’s small and blue….
II. Pre-reading (6 mins)
Step 1. 导入:教师设置问题要求学生讨论:
T: Now many people have cars in their family. Cars are overused today.
1.Is there any air pollution in our city?
2: Is the use of cars a major cause of air pollution in our city?
3: What should we do to stop air pollution?
Step 2. 引导学生预测:教师在大屏幕上展示三个文章标题要求学生讨论:
T: look at three titles here. Can you guess which one is correct? Now, match the title with the proper content?

III. While- reading (26 mins)
Step 1. 理解文章大意。
教师引导学生迅速浏览教材1.2的内容,然后从黄方框中选出合适的题目。
T: OK! Let’s read the passage quickly and try to find the proper title.
Step 2.理解文章细节。
教师引导学生认真阅读课文获取细节信息,
1. 教师要求学生阅读课文并思考问题。
T: What will the cars be like in the future? How many opinions are there in this passage? Let’s read the passage and try to find out the answer.
2. 教师要求学生朗读课文两遍并回答问题。
T: What are the differences between them? Let’s read the passage after the tape, and try to find out the answer.
3.教师要求学生再次阅读课文,填写表格。
T: What are the other features about future cars according to these two opinions? Let’s read the passage again and try to fill in the blanks.
4. 教师以提问题的形式给学生核对答案理解生词含义。

Step 4. 教师要求学生再次阅读课文,归纳语言现象和意义。
1. 教师呈现例句,请学生观察并理解其意思。
T: 未来的汽车将不会被制造出发动机和空调,这句话在文章中是如何表达?

学生观察其结构。
2. 教师让学生找出所有包含将来时被动语态的句子,体会其结构和意义。

IV. Post-reading (12 mins)
教师设置活动引导学生反馈。
Task1: 由学生就文章中的观点进行论述。
T: Do you agree the experts’ ideas? Which one do you prefer? Can you describe your opinions according to the keywords?
Task 2: 假设你是一名汽车制造商,请向大家介绍自己设计的未来汽车的样子。
T: Are there any other opinions? What kind of cars do you like in the future? If you are a car maker. Can you introduce your designs to us.

1. 教师提问:Do you remember what the future car wil be like?
2. 学生在文章中找出很多关于未来汽车的描述,教师归纳功能句并将下列句子写到黑板上(或打出屏幕上)
1)The car of tomorrow will be made without a motor or air conditioning.
2)This new car will be pushed by the driver’s feet.
3)Very few people will be killed in accidents.
4)All our problems will soon be solved by car companies.
3. 学生观察、归纳这些句子的结构特点及句意,得出结论:一般将来时被动语态基本结构:主语+will be+过去分词。
4. 学生朗读,便于进一步理解和记忆功能句,并体会功能句的含义。
5. 对比主动和被动语态,加深理解,增强记忆。
1)The students will plant some trees on this weekend.
Some trees will be planted on this weekend.
2)I will place the new computer in my bedroom.
The new computer will be placed in my bedroom.
学生通过句型对比,小组分析主动、被动语态结构、意义上的区别。
6. 教师再给出三个一般将来时主动语态的句子,让学生转变成被动语态句型:

3) Tom will do his homework tomorrow.
7. 教师在ppt上展示答案,订正。
