Unit 2 It’s Show Time Lesson 12 A Blog about the Silk Road 一、教材分析 1. Teaching content:(教学内容) (1) New words: experience, alive, own, should, anyone, suggestion, Phrases: get back. (2) learn the meaning of text. (3) The grammar: irregular and regular verbs. 2. Teaching goals:(教学目标) (1)Master the new words. (2)understand the meaning of text. (3) master the grammar: irregular and regular verbs. 3. Key points:(重点) Master the new words. 4. Difficult point:(难点) master the grammar: irregular and regular verbs. get—got go—went see—saw take—took have—had open—opened realize—realized learn—learned 二、教学准备 pictures or cards. 三、教学步骤 Step 1. Analysis of the student. Li Ming had a good time on his trip to the Silk Road. He wants to write about his trip. A blog about the Silk Road. Step 2. Lead in.(引入) Greet the students in English and make sure they can response correctly. Then check the homework, make sure the Ss understand last lesson and master the new words. Step 3. New lesson.(新课) No. 1 Teach the new words and expressions: experience, alive, own, should, anyone, suggestion. Phrases: get back. Write them on the blackboard. Then demand the Ss learn the text by themselves first. No. 2 ask some Ss to answer the following questions: Where did Li Ming go? Who did Li Ming go with? What did Li Ming see and experience? No.3ask the Ss read the passage together, and teacher explain the meaning of text in Chinese, at last, teacher point out the main. No.4 the grammar: irregular and regular verbs. get—got go—went see—saw open—opened realize—realized take—took learn—learned have—had Step 4. Play the tape for the Ss to follow. Make the Ss listen the text, then let them read follow the tape. Step 5.Summary. (小结) Sum up the grammar what we learned, and the new words. Step 6. Homework.(作业) Finish the activity book and the practice, and copy the new words. Step 7.Blackboard-writing:(板书) The new words, the master phrases, important sentences, the grammar. 四、Teaching reflection:(教学反思)
