At first, I think enough sleep is important, so we should get up and go to bed early.Next, junk food is bad for our health, so we shouldn’t eat too much.Next, we should eat fruit and vegetables, because they are good for us.Finally, we should exercise. so that it’s not easy for us to get sick.

单元二 志愿活动经历（一般过去时）
3月5号这天，你和同学们在敬老院作志愿，学习雷锋。你们1 送去鲜花和水果 2 帮助老人打扫卫生 3 陪老人聊天 4 唱歌，跳舞，让老人开心。你认为：我们应该关爱老人。
On March 5,we learned from LeiFeng, so I volunteered in the Old People’s Home with my classmates.
We sent flowers and fruit to the old people. They were happy. we helped them clean the rooms. We made the rooms clean and tidy. We also chatted with the old. They told stories in the past. Girls sang and danced for the old people to cheer them up.
At the end of the day, we were tired but happy. I think we should care for the old people.

单元三 家务活（一般现在时，一般将来时）
谈谈你经常在家做哪些家务，有什么体会。打算暑假做什么来帮助父母。
At home, I usually sweep the floor. I often take out the rubbish and do the dishes. Sometimes I look after my sister. I think doing chores is not interesting, but my parents are tired after work. So I should share the housework. In the summer vacation, I will help my parents cook.. I am going to clean the rooms. I plan to go shopping.
I think we should help do chores at home.

Last Sunday ,it was sunny. While XiaoMing was fishing, a kid was playing by the river. Suddenly, XiaoMing heard the kid shouting. The kid fell into the river! In this dangerous situation, XiaoMing jumped into the river without thinking. He tried to save the kid. Finally, the kid was saved.People said Xiaoming was kind and brave.
