英 语 教 学 设 计人教版（新目标）单元教学设计（八年级 下册）Unit 3 What were you doing when the UFO arrived ?梅州市五华县兴华中学魏伟秀 陈定珍 廖志波人教版（新目标）单元教学设计（八年级 下册） Unit 3 What were you doing when the UFO arrived ?教材版本：人民教育出版社（Go for it!）梅州市五华县兴华中学 魏伟秀 陈定珍 廖志波一、 学情分析1本校八年级的学生大部分英语基础较好，对英语有浓厚的兴趣，且学校的教学设备先进，所以能更好地激发学生积极参加各种活动，如：简单的问候，话题讨论，调查，报告等，有一定的语言综合运用能力，具备一定的英语听、说、读、写基础。学生学会了两千多个词汇、W/H基础特殊问句和一般现在时、一般过去时、一般将来时、现在进行时五种时态及其句型，学习了国际音标。这对本单元学习新词汇，学习过去进行时态，谈论过去发生的事情，都很有利。 2有小部分学生基础差，口语表达相对比较困难，因此，在设计任务时应由易到难，难易适中。并且教师应让好学生带动差生，并给予帮助和鼓励。二、 教材分析1本单元围绕使用过去进行时和when/while引导的时间状语从句“谈论过去发生的事情”这个话题，通过观察图片，利用图片进行情景思维，学会讲故事，俩俩对话，角色扮演等形式和独立学习，合作交流，完成任务等来培养学生的综合语言运用能力，创新意识和实践能力。并通过话题短文的阅读策略指导和写作，让学生学习通过标题与段落首句猜测文章主旨的阅读技巧，提高话题语言应用能力。新课程标准强调语言教学应从学生的兴趣、生活经验和认知水平出发，倡导体验、实践、合作与交流的学习方式。就本单元教学活动而言，大多数学生对UFO了解不多，学生很难就UFO作过多谈论，但对UFO很感兴趣。因此，把UFO作为兴趣点，围绕UFO的出现展开新知识的学习还是很好的。2、教学重点: 学会运用过去进行时态谈论和描述过去发生的事。 3、教学难点: (1) when和while引导的时间状语的区别。 (2) 词汇的识记三、 单元教学安排 共5课时，每课时45分钟。第一节 听说课 Section A 1a Language Focus第二节 读说课 Section A 3a 4第三节 综合训练课 Section B 1 4a第四节 能力训练课 Do you remember what you were doing?第五节 复习测试课 SELF CHECK and Test四、 单元目标1、语言知识目标学生能理解并运用下列词汇 bathroom, bedroom, kitchen, UFO, alien, cutting hair, climbing, jumping, land, get out of, take off, scared, shop, store, library, supermarket, museum, TV station, police, reporter, called, took a photo, eating lunch, shouting, amazing, crawded, bought, experience, imagine, strange, happen, accident, heard, modern, kill, murder, bright, rang, told, close, silence, hero, flew. 学生能理解并运用下列语言结构 过去进行时和when, while 引导的时间状语从句 学生能理解并运用下列话题语言 What were you doing when the UFO arrived?
