Period1(1a-2c) 教学设计 学情分析：1、八年级的学生已经积累了一定的词汇量，可以用英语进行简单的交流和描述。每节课的开始我都根据本单元的话题，设一小话题让学生自由交谈，要求学生站起来且大声的用英语说，给他们造一个用英语的机会，提高运用语言的能力，同时话题可以设计为导入新课的线索。2 、谈人物的特点这一话题学生熟悉且喜欢的话题，上学期已经学过一描述的形容词，因此可以把比较级的用法融入到话题当中。3.老师可以用ppt展示本班学生、老师自己、学生喜欢的明星的图片为谈论题，学生将更感兴趣。4、老师借助本单元教学教学生健康的审美观。教材分析：go for it 本套教材是是以话题为主线兼顾交际功能和语言知识结构的学习，以一种循序渐进的生活化程序，引导学生学会运用英语有目的地做事。本单元围绕人物特点为话题。上学期已经学过一描述的形容词，因此可以把比较级的用法融入到话题当中。这节课是整个单元的第一课时，我将从复习以前学过第描述人物的形容词为切入口，将新单词和语言的融入进去，Section A 的1a,1b,通过观察、听辨、学说学习活动，让学生学习词汇和语法句型，2a,2b也是通过目标语言的听写说及话题句型归纳的练习活动，让学生理解语言目标2c 通过Pairwork让学生初步运用语言目标。教学要求：Section A(1a-2c)基础知识：vocabulary: more, than, taller, shorter, thinner, longer, calmer, wilder, quieter, funnier, heavier, smarter, more athletic, more popular, twin, both, be good atgoals to learn to use comparatives with -er, ier, more and bothto talk about personal traitsto compare people教学重难点：structures: comparatives with er, ier or moretalk about personal traits and compare people课型、时间：听说课、40分钟教学过程：步骤目的教学活动学生活动条件、手段教学设计说明step1 warming-up :free talklook and say使学生进入学习状态，引起学习兴趣。1warming up（free talk）to improve students ability of communication1 用ppt展示班上几位同学和老师的照片。give a topic: please describe one of your friends.
