Step I
1. review self- introduction and the giving of personal information which stucdnts have learned earlier in the unit
2. Read out these dialogues on page 13
Step II
1. Read after the tape.
2. Explain something necessary.

3. Blurt out some sentence structures.
Eg. I live on Spring Road. Where do you live ?
I am a member of the Computer Club.
I love playing computer fames.
Oh really ?
4. Encourage the students to memorize the conversation so that they can respond automatically.
Step III
1. Ask the students to replace the underlined words with their own information.
2. Encourage more able students to expand the conversation to include more formal greetings

Study skills
1. Presentation: --- Do you have a pen / pencil / ruler / rubber ?
--- Yes, I do./ No, I don’t.
2. Presentation: --- Can I borrow your pencil / ruler / rubber :
--- Yes, you can. / sorry, I don’t have one.
3. create real life situations to practise the sentences above.
4. Teach Part B in the same way. Speak up the following sentences fluently.
