Step1:Warming up by describing a person.
Boys and girls ,all of you must have many good friends in our class . Let’s play a game :you describe them and we guess .For example: My friend is a girl .She is 15 years old .She is hard---working .She has bigeyes and long straight hair and she likes dancing .
Step2:Read the following words together and tell me Chinese meanings :
loving kind creative hard---working talented famous shy ……
Look at these people and describe them with these words in groups
Step3 Group work : Imagine you know the people in the pictures 1a ,tell your group
about them with your own words .
For example: Tony is an outgoing pianist .He is creative and he loves music very
much .He spends his free time on it .
Step4: Listen to the recorder carefully .Circle the words you hear . I will ask someone
to tell the answers .
