T: And what’s your name? S2: My name is ... 2. Revision (Practise in fours.) S1: Good morning! What’s your name? S2: Good morning! My name is Jack! And what’s your name, please? S3: My name is Lucy. S2: What’s his name? (Pointing at S1) S3: His name is ... Step 2: Presentation Bring the number cards to the classroom and show them one by one to the students. The teacher says:“Please tell me how to say it in English.” S1: It’s one. O-N-E, one. S2: It’s two. T-W-O, two. ... Step 3: Practice Play three games to practice the numbers. 1. Give every students a card. There is one of the numbers from one to nine on the card. Tell the students when I say the number, if they have the number, please stand up and say it aloud. 2. Now let’s play another game. Let me tell you how to play this game. When I say “two”, if you have the number “three”, please stand up and say it aloud. 3. Now we play one more game.
