Ask questios about the dialogue between Millie and Sibmund Friend
1. What is Sigmund Friend’s job?
2. What problems do most students have?
3. What’s Sigmund Friend’s advice
Praciise the dailogue.
Task 2:Presentation.(7’)
present the dialogue
T:” Are you tired now?”
S: “Yes, I am tired. How tired I am! / No, I’m not tired. Look at the blackboard,
(Write down the underlined sentences on the blackboard and ask students to tell what types of sentences they are.)
A: Questions (Are you tired now?)
B: Statements (I am tired./ I’m not tired.)
C: Imperatives (Look at the blackboard.)
D: Exclamations (How tired I am!)
