教学目标
1.知识目标：学习掌握本单元出现的新词汇和重点短语句子；学会运用表方位和位置的句型。
2.能力目标：学习并运用skimming, scanning等阅读技巧和阅读策略，借助Tony介绍自己家乡的文章，进行阅读训练，提高阅读水平；
指导学生参照范例，运用所学语言简单介绍自己的家乡，并完成“我美丽的家乡”手抄报的写作任务。
3.情感态度目标：通过本节课的学习，培养学生热爱家乡，宣传家乡，热爱祖国的美好情感。
4.文化意识目标：了解英国英格兰地区的风物地理，开阔孩子的视野。

学情分析
本模块以家乡为题材，学生比较感兴趣且不陌生，便于开展活动。并且学生在经过第一单元的学习后，对形容词比较级的语法现象已经有了一定的认识和掌握。所以本节课主要是借助模块中的学习材料，掌握关于方位，位置的语法现象，并用所学语言简单介绍自己的家乡。
