1.利用PowerPoint制作课件,搜集一些精美照片。
2.布置学生听录音预习单词,对话。

1.Greeting
Good morning, boys and girls. Do you like taking photos? What kind of photos do you like best?

Show a photo and ask the students:“What can you see from the photo?”

用简单的口头问答自然的过渡到本课的主题。

Task 1: Listening
(1)Play the tape, ask the students to listen and fill in the blanks below.(Activity 2)

Task 2: Reading
(1)Let the students read the conversation in Activity 3 by themselves, complete the sentences in Activity 5. Then check the answers.
(2)Put the students into groups of five to read the conversation. They should repeat it at least once or twice more changing role each time.
(3) Ask the students to finish the rest of the exercises in Activity 4 and Activity 6, check the answers in groups first.

(1).Organize students to come to the blackboard and show out some difficult language points that they found.
(2).Help the students to solve the difficult points. (especially“The attributive clause with which / who”)

通过听力划出所听到的单词,既能巩固词汇,又能提高学生捕捉信息的能力。
根据课文材料把Activity 4的若干个问题设计为选择题,让学生带着问题去听对话,锻炼学生的听力水平,以及捕捉关键信息点的能力。
通过学生自主朗读,在听力的基础上进一步了解课文内容,解决问题。这有利于学生形成独立自主的能力。
通过两三遍角色转变来熟读课文,能够让学生熟悉课文,并训练了学生的口语能力,培养语感。
Actiivity 6 的问题跨度比较大,多以主观想象和推论为主,所以通过小组讨论来激发学生看待事物的态度。
通过让学生发现并解决课文的重难点,有利于培养学生自主学习的能力。教师点拨、补充语言点,让学生进一步理解知识点。
