一、创设情境，切入主题
Step 1：Lead－in
Show the pictures in the text to the students and let them guess：

1.What does the woman wear in Picture 1？Where does she come from？
2.What do the students wear in Picture 2？
Let the students answer the questions in class.
二、展开过程，探究新知
Step 2：Listening
Listen to the tape and fill in the blanks with the correct words you hear：
1.In some places，men wear________.
2.Some people wear________for work.
Finish the task in class orally.
Step 3：Reading
Read the text and decide the following statements are true or false：
1.A Sari is a traditional dress from China.
2.Our school uniforms are blue and white.
Finish the task in class orally.
Step 4：Practice
Read the text again and find more questions about this text.
S1：If men wear skirts，how do they look？
S2：How does a woman in Sari look？
S3：What do many students wear？
Step 5：Activities
Suppose you want to introduce clothes around the world.But you don’t know what to tell us.How can you do？Ask your classmates for advice.
Finish the task in groups.Practice for a few minutes，and then let some students act out their dialogues in front of the class.
Step 6：Come to“Let’s Do It！”
Listen to the tape and finish Exercises 2—3 together.
Ask the students to finish Exercise 1 by themselves.
