终于有了单了，这个过程差不多一个月.从上个月十八号到昨天，也还只是个小单，只希望以后能发展更大的合作：

1 {6 v; X2 ~- h客户是英国人，先是对方从阿里巴巴发过来的询盘然后是回复，我也没想到最后会让他下单，因为进入外贸这个行业也是从上个月四五号的样子，我只当是个练习而已。其中在论坛里很到很大的帮助。先在这感谢大家了

经验：1.要有耐心，对自己有信心，对客人的询价和邮件有耐心，要尽快回复你客户的邮件，现在做任何事情都讲究效率，这也会让你的客户感觉到你是专业的（当然我不专业）。/ j+ }1 }+ ^3 B1 X$ w$ C2 H) K4 {
          2.真诚，要让客户感觉到你的真诚，用你的热情去让他感觉到你是在为他服务。我在和这个客户谈到运输和费用的问题时，问过了很多家快递公司，也问过邮局，从各家的价格里选出让货物到达客户手中的最快，相对安全和合适的价位。
; w# S6 M4 t9 i# q0 d          3.节日的时候在给对方一个合适的问候，我的客户本来已在圣诞节前拒绝了我，但是元旦的时候我给他个新年的问候，并提到他是否还对我们的产品感兴趣，然后转机就来了！ 这个在论坛上也说过很多次，但确实是真理，是大家以后一定要去做，这一点 5 ~+ T1 Y7 M: ?  K4 o

最后，感觉外国人的邮件很简练，我们的大多会写得很正式，很注重语法，不知道他们对我们的写法感觉如何，还有就是一定要让你的客户感觉到你的信用，因为，我的这个客户只和我谈了数量价格，连发货日都没定，然后就把货款全额寄过来了，也不怕我是骗子！！！幸好我不是。8 E$ o: i( `4 J

We have China Post as normal post way.But it will take to much time to ship the goods(about 45 days) via sea.And i have apply to our general manager,we pay the freight price difference.
