Job Satisfaction

As is known to all, people have to go to work eventually when they graduate from the university. So job satisfaction has been one of the most problems in people’s life because they have to spend the most part of their life at work. The question how the individuals are satisfied with their jobs is crucial to the work efficiency, life quality and success.
Nowadays, money is always the most importantly motivational factors for people to work, but there are also a host of people who don’t work for money. They feel very happy because they love their job and love devoting themselves to their jobs. For example, Kongfansen and many teachers who teach students in the mountainous area. As far as I am concerned, people working for money should not be criticized. Generally speaking, the best prize that life has to offer is the chance to work hard at work worth doing. To achieve the job satisfaction, most people enjoy the kind of work for which they are best suited. They find happiness in jobs that not only will bring money but also demonstrate values. They have pride in the work they do individually, and have healthy relationships with co-workers. Apart from that, they know what is expected of them. When workers feel safe and comfortable both at work and at home, they also feel satisfied.
In summary, we workers should find the joy of the work and try our best to achieve more. Only by working happily can we satisfy with our job and life.
