Market Overview
The intelligent construction industry in our country has undergone eighteen years of development. At present, there are nearly six thousand manufacturing and R&D enterprises in the whole industry, and the number of employees exceeds 1 million, among which the number of intelligent construction technical engineers breaches 100 thousand. The intelligent construction industry has entered a high speed development stage and China will gradually develop into a big producer with a great demand for intelligent products around the world.
After the central government announced a 4 trillion yuan economic stimulus plan which will give priority to basic constructions, many regional governments also launched new investment plans and the total investment has been a breakthrough of twenty trillion yuan. In addition, the coming Shanghai World Expo, Guangzhou Asian Games and the raising of the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way will bring vast development space and new opportunities for intelligent construction industry. Under this circumstance SIBE2009 emerges as the times require and thus extraordinarily attracts attentions of this field. On the occasion, many world-famous enterprises and construction companies from America, Europe, Japan, Korea, Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macao and other regions and countries will take active part in, emphatically exhibit their latest products and technologies of intelligent construction and bring the advanced operation management concepts at the same time.

Review
Professional occasion in China’s intelligent construction industry— SIBE2008 concluded successfully on September 6, 2008, in Shanghai Everbright Exhibition Center.
The three-day exhibition attracted totally 12568 professionals from weak current system integration companies, construction companies, real estate development companies, architecture design institutes and decoration enterprises, agents, distributors, financial and governmental organizations in China and other regions of the world. Among them, there are 1223 overseas visitors. 95 percent of exhibitors were satisfied with the exhibiting effects of this time, and 86 percent felt quite interested in taking part in SIBE2009.
Forum has become an important part of holding an exhibition. During the 2008 exhibition, six keynote speeches were given by managers and experts in intelligent construction and smart home enterprises. The forum drew attention of professionals at home and abroad. Through good communication with professional visitors, designers and technical personnel from manufacturers explored the most forward expertise of intelligent construction technology.

【Forum and Technology Exchanging Lecture】
During the Exhibition, Forums and exchange conferences will be organized. All exhibitors can apply for holding lectures or forums. Any exhibitors who want to hold forum or exchange conference, should submit your discussing topic together with your exhibition application form to the sponsor, so that sites and facilities for the exchange activities can be arranged in advance, and specific audiences can be informed.
It cost every exhibitor RMB3000 yuan to hold a lecture or forum. The cost includes charge for site, speaker system, drinking water etc. The exchange activity should not last longer than an hour.

[Participation procedure]
Requesting an application form from the exhibition organizer, filling it completely, then mail or fax it to the organizer; Exhibitor should pay the cost to organizer by means of C/T or a face-to-face deal within 7 days after mailing or faxing the application form. The cost can be one-off paid; also, the payment can be divided into two parts, a 50% prepayment and the other half paid before August 1 2009.Exhibitor enrolled after August 1 2009 should pay all cost by one-off payment;The organizer has the right to make changes to certain booth to guarantee the gathering presence of some group exhibitors.
