监督科、干部科根据掌握的情况提出，函询由部长或分管部长确定；谈话由部长办公会确定；诫勉由县委、县政府分管领导和县委组织部研究确定。 第四条 接到函询通知书的领导干部，要认真地实事求 是地对函询的问题写出书面材料，并在15天内回复。回复 的内容包括：说明事实真相、情节、经过，分析存在问题的原因和改正措施。无故不按时回复的，应对本人进行批评教育，并责令尽快回复。 第五条 接到谈话通知的领导干部，要在规定的时间、 地点接受谈话，对无故不按时参加谈话者，要进行批评教育。 谈话由县领导和县委组织部负责。 第六条 诫勉采取书面形式，接到诫勉通知书的领导干 部，应自觉反省，一周内写出整改措施，报县委组织部。诫勉期为二年。每三个月写一次思想汇报，并于第三个月底前送县委组织部，最后一次思想工作汇报应写全年的全部情 况，并于到期前半个月送县委组织部。诫勉期内不得提拔重用，不予调整工作，不能评优评先。诫勉期满后，被诫勉者要写出思想工作情况汇报，由县委组织部进行考核，根据表现情况，提出是否解除诫勉意见，按干部管理权限研究决定。 表现实出的，可提前解除诫勉，提前时间不超过半年；表现较好、改正错误的，诫勉期满解除诫勉；表现较差、又出现新问题的，视情节轻重采取必要的组织措施，严重者移交执纪执法机关查处。 第七条
