◆一般资料 General information 1、产品的功能用途和适用范围 Feature and application 自力式压力调节阀(以下简称压力阀)是一种无需外来能源而只依靠调介质自身的压力变 化进行自动调节压力的节能型产品.具有测量、执行、控制的综合功能。广泛适用于石油、 化工、冶金、轻工等工业部门及城市供热、供嗳系统。本产品可用于非腐蚀性(最高温度350℃) 的液体、气体和蒸汽等介质的压力控制装置。 Pressure self-regulating valve (herein after referred to as pressure valve), a energy saving product, regulates pressure automatically without external energy supply. Pressure valve is used for pressure control device of non-corrosive liquid, gas and steam medium etc. that has integrated function of measure, performance and control. Pressure valve finds us in the field of petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy and light industry and city heating system etc.. 2、产品的结构及工作原理 Structure and working principle a 产品结构 Structure 本产品为直接作用型自力式压力调节阀.由阀体、阀座、阀芯部件、阀盖、顶盘、上、 下膜盖、膜片、弹簧、调节螺母等零部件所组成。 其具体结构参见图la,图lb、图lc、图ld所示: Pressure valve is of direct action type, which is composed of body, seat, core parts, bonnet, highest quotation, diaphragm, spring, adjusting nut and upper and bottom diaphragm cover etc.. The specific structure sees chart 1a, 1b, 1c and 1d. b 工作原理 Working principle (I)作阀后压力调节时的工作原理:(见图la) 工艺介质的阀前压力Pl经过阀芯、阀座的节流后,变为阀后压力P2。P2经过控制管线输 入执行器的下膜室作用在顶盘上.产生的作用力与弹簧的反作用力相平衡.决定了阀芯、阀 座的相对位置.控制阀后压力。当阀后压力P2增加时.P2作用在顶盘上的作用力也随之增加。 此时.顶盘的作用力大于弹簧的反作用力.使阀芯关向阀座的位置.直到顶盘的作用力与弹 簧反作用力相平衡为止。这时.阀芯与阀座之间的流通面积减少.流阻变大.从而使P2降为 设定值。同理,当阀后压力P2降低时.作用方向与上述相反.这就是阀后压力调节时的工作原理。 当需要改变阀后压力P2的设定值时.可调整调节螺母8。 (1) The working principle of regulating the back of valve’s pressure :(see chart 1a) After being throttled by core and seat, P1 becomes P2.(P1 stands for the front of valve’s pressure and P2 stands for the back of valve’s pressure.)Getting through bottom diaphragm room, P2 acts on the highest quotation and creates acting force. The acting force keeps its balance with reacting force of spring, which decides the relative place of core and seat and controls the back of valve’s pressure. When P2 increases, the acting force is also increasing. Here, the acting force is bigger than the reacting force, which made the core close to the seat until balance. And the circulation area between core and seat decreases and flow resistance increases, thereby P2 fell to the setting value. Also, when P2 decreases, the acting force direction is contrary. The acting force keeps its balance of the core and seat and controls the front of valve`s pressure. When P1 increases, the acting force is also increasing. At this time, the acting force is bigger than the reacting force, which made the core leave the seat until balance. Here, the circulation area between the core and seat increases and flow resistance decreases, thereby, P1 fell to the setting value. Also, when P1 decreases, the acting direction is contrary. When P1`s setting value needs to be changed, you can regulate adjusting nut 8. (3)作差压控制时的工作原理:(图lc、图Id及安装示例) 工艺介质通过阀节流后.进入被控设备.而被控设备的差压.分别引入阀的上、下膜室. 在上、下膜室内产生推力.并加上弹簧反力相平衡.从而确定了阀芯与阀座的相对位置.而 阀芯与阀座的相对位置确定了差压值△P的大小。当被控差压变化时.力的平衡被破坏.从 而带动阀芯运动.而阀芯的运动改变了阀的阻力系数.即控制了被控差压值为设定值。这就 是差压控制的工作原理。 (3) The working principle of pressure difference control:(see chart 1c, 1b and installation instructions) The medium enters controlled equipment after being throttled, while the pressure difference of controlled equipment is inducted into the upper and bottom diaphragm room respectively and creates thrust, so that △P(the pressure difference value)and the relative place of the core and seat is decided, when controlled pressure difference changes, the force`s balance is damaged, that drives the motion of the core. The pressure value could be equipped by suitable actuator and control value according to different pressure setting range. 6、安装示例 Installation sample 下面列举若干个安装示例供用户参考 We will offer you some examples for reference 示例1 安装在分站 Example 1, install in branch 示例2 安装在蒸气发生器 Example 2,install in steam producer 示例3 安装在差压和流量控制场合 示例4安装在流量控制场合 Example 3, install in pressure difference and flow control occasion Example 4, install in flow control occasion 示例5 安装在泵压力控制场合 示例6 安装在差压维持场合 Example 5,install in pump pressure control occasion Example 6,install in pressure difference maintenance occasion ◆安装 Installation l、现场安装的几点说明 Site installation instructions a 现场安全:安装压力阀的管道事先不应有压力.压力阀前后的切断阀应关闭。在进行焊接前.应采取适当的防火措施。 b 控制性能:配管系统的压力损失应与计算压力阀尺寸时所考虑的损失相致。进出口应尽量保证一定的直管段(一般为5D~1 0D>.以保证所需的控制性能。 c 安装位置:应有足够的空间.便于操作人员安装.调整压力阀.以及保证压力阀和附件的就地拆装和维护的可能性。 d 过滤器:为保证压力阀的正常使用.安装时.应在压力阀前安装过滤器.并定期清洗。在有蒸汽的厂房内.应有足够的排水和通风系统。 e 压力阀组:一般在工艺过程配管中均安装切断阀和旁路阀配成阀组.以适应设备连续操作的需要。当维修和出现意外情况时.用切断阀隔离.用旁路阀调节。推荐下面图5布置方式。 f 周于煤气、天然气压力调节.在室内安装便用时.如果无漏气报警装置.应在执行器加接引流管通到室外并不得堵塞.以保证安全。(阀后压力调节.接在上膜盖接头上.阀前压力调节.接在下膜盖接头上) g 用于减压或泄压的压力阀.使用时不得将膜盖上的无接管的接头堵塞.否则压力阀无法工作。 a. Site safety: There should not have pressure in the pipeline before installation. The shut off valve in the front and back of pressure valve should be closed. You should take proper fire-safe measures before soldered joint. b. Control performance: The pressure loss of piping system should consistent with the considered value. The outlet and inlet should ensure certain straight pipeline to ensure needed control performance. c. Installation place: There should have enough room for installing. Adjust pressure valve and ensure the possibility of site assembly and maintenance of pressure valve and accessories. d. Filter: When installing, the filter should be installed in the front of pressure valve and cleaned regularly to ensure natural use of the valve. In steam house, ther should have enough drainage and ventilation system. e. Pressure valve group: In piping, the shut off valve and by-pass valve, is usually install into valve group to fit continuous operation of equipment. Any accident, you could use shut of valve to isolate and by-pass valve to regulate. Recommend the following installation chart. f. Used in pressure regulating of coal
